I just placed an order for just 1 pizza with mushrooms, and when I got it, it had not enough mushrooms, maybe 5 mushrooms on the... whole large pizza. It also wasn't cut. I went back in and said there weren't enough mushrooms, and it wasn't cut. They took backthe messed up pizza. They then remade me a pizza that was cut but still had very few mushrooms. I just tried to order a pizza and I waited for an hour while checking the tracking application. After waiting for an hour, I... called the store and I was informed that there wasn?t a DoorDash driver available. I questioned about the due diligence with theperson on the line who identified herself as Sarah, and she rudely justified herself as having ?better things to do than callevery customer about their order?. I wonder if all the employees of Papa Johns have better things to do than let their hungrycustomer wait without letting them know about the status of their pizza or at least let them know to come and pick it upthemselves. Let me start by saying that I understand this isn't quality pizza. It is fast food. I get that. It is what it is, and I like... it. The food is always meh, but you get that ordering from Papa Johns. The reason for the one star review is that since theyhave started utilizing DoorDash to deliver, the delivery times have gotten crazy, and their service has gone down hill. You getquoted 30 minutes and it ends up being over an hour with cold food and missing items. Their policy at the store is, "it is whatit is, do you want a refund?" What is the point of offering delivery, if it is going to ruin your reputation? You really needto find a better vendor partner or perhaps pay your delivery drivers' a living wage so they won't quit. I hope they can fixthis issue, but I am not holding out any hope. Read more
Really nice place. Pizza was perfect. Ordered bread sticks- 1ST box completely under baked. Sticks were white and gooey inside ... YUCK!! 2nd box well done yummy Read more
I love papa johns, staff was so receptive and order was always on time.
Great place to grab a quick take out lunch. Usually friendly staff, and they always have good coupons to use. Pizza across the... street is better, but much more expensive. If they would bake the wings crispier here, I would be happier. My only complaintis the way they package their garlic knots, as sauce almost always drips through the box, onto your hands and anything elsearound. They need to use foil wrap inside the box like some other Papa John's do. UPDATE: They tried to fix the garlic knotsituation, but as this picture shows, just laying squares of foil on the bottom is not the answer, as the sauce still runs outthe back of the box.... I think that the foil needs to tent the garlic knots, or else really line the edges of the outer boxwith the foil. Read more
The person at the front desk is rude and not friendly. I'm a none native English speaker. She got this attitude that made me... kind of nervous as I need to repeat everything twice and loud - it was loud music playing back in the kitchen. I asked for amenu card and she gave me a weird look and said no menu card. Insist me to check the menu online. Really? I'm here at the shopin person why should I need to check online? Read more
