I typically go to the Warrington location or Doylestown, but was in the area so I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived the... store was packed. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes, was almost skipped over and then advised my order wasn't ready.Waited 20 minutes more and they never even started my bowl. I had a confirmation email the bowl was ready, so I guess it'sautomated. Requested a refund and will never return to this location. Horrible service with absolutely no awareness of theCustomer experience (or care potentially). Picked up my bowl in Doylestown with no problem at all shortly after. Read more
I ordered trailblazer bowl online. It was not made correctly. There was no chocolate protein powder (which is the main... ingredient in this bowl). Even the toppings were missing, no cocoa nibs or coconut flakes. I live far from this place so I didnot go back to have them fix it. Walked into the store at 6:41 (posted closing time is 7pm). There were at least 6 people behind the counter who greeted us with... dirty looks. It was so uncomfortable that we had to ask if it was too late for us to order. One of the girls shook her head yesand said they were unable to make us anything because they needed to start their close. Very disappointed. Closing at 7 shouldmean you are done serving customers at 7. We arrived almost 20 minutes before posted closing time. Walking back to our car wesaw at least 6 customers walk in and also get denied service. We live 20 minutes away. Complete waste of time. Read more

Ate here yesterday and the bowls were hands down best I've had. The fruit was fresh, not all bruised and dingy and the peanut... butter was amazing on top. Will be back soon! Read more
The manager who waited on us was very sick and had her hoodie up.She approached the counter to take our order and said... nothing....not one word...not hello...not a welcome to Playa Bowls... nothing.The only words that came out of her mouth were...aname for the order?She was miserable.If she was sick she should NOT have been waiting on customers.We love Playa Bowls and wewere very shocked at the terrible service.
