They close at 12 now on weekends. Dunno why. They only have drive thru open. They seem to have one person working as they do 1... car every 5 minutes. Just shut this location down already. I'm also pretty sure one of the workers just walked out also. Yaycoffee. Read more

I got a mobile order in drive thru that wasn?t correct. I had to go inside because the line for drive thru was extremely long.... When I went inside to inform the employee that my order was incorrect and he looked annoyed, rolled his eyes, and walked away tomake the drink. That employee was very rude and should have had a different approach to the situation. More training on customerservice skills are needed Read more

First ordered mobile, got my two coffees, also ordered a breakfast sandwich that never came out. When I got in they said that... they didn?t have breakfast sandwiches they were low. All was fine until I ordered a banana bread in there, the guy who took myorder didn?t have anyone for at least 5 minutes and the staff was sitting around. He puts it in the oven after abt 8 minutes. Itcomes out he says sorry for the wait, I said all good, but it was a pumpkin loaf. Common sense is all I gotta say. It was a talllanky dude who thought he ran the place bossing everyone around. I had a terrible experience today. As soon as I tried to drink it while driving after receiving a venti-sized hot Americano, the... lid opened and all the hot coffee spilled on my body. Not only my body but also my car was covered in coffee. It's a terriblefeeling of what it would be like if I was driving. I have to throw away all the clothes I care about, and my car is in such amess that I have to wash the details. I'm worried about how to make a claim. Read more

This location should seriously be closed down. One they are only open for a few hours a day from 9 - 12 and sometimes close... earlier than that. When they are actually open the service is not good and the orders are incorrect. I am definitely going tohave to reach out to corporate about this as this has become a repeated matter. Read more

My recent experiences here have been awful. This location used to be my favorite, but now I need to be VERY careful with what I... order. Today I ordered a triple white mocha (3 shots of espresso) and this is what they gave me. Guess they forgot to add theshots in because what I got was a cup of milk with mocha syrup. I ordered an iced green tea latte a few weeks ago, and half ofit was foam. The line is always 20 minutes long too, so schedule your day around that. Read more

The worst Starbucks experience I?ve had in 30 years, here?s why? First of all, the drive through line was OUTRAGEOUSLY LONG! So... we decided to go inside. Bad decision. Second, the door was NOT light, OR clean enough. It was 10 AM. I did not sign up for armstrength that morning. Third, the person who took our order was too quiet and rude. His voice was monotone and sounded like hehated me. Absolutely unacceptable. Fourth, the music was ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUS. I was just trying to get my morning pick-me-upbut instead got a face full of devil music. Fifth, we were waiting OVER 30 MINUTES for our drinks. Our food came out super fast,but by the time I got my drink, my egg bites were cold and unappetizing. In the end, it took 40 minutes before we complained.Then, the workers had the nerve to ask me what I ordered. Sixth, the baristas were a HOT MESS. When they called the names fororders, they were quiet and inaudible. They dropped cups and didn?t know where anything was. Seventh, they only filled my cuphalfway. Ugh. Lastly, they spelled my name so wrong. My name is BRIDGET. They spelled It BRIGGETE. I have never been sooffended. In summary, this Starbucks offended me, my daughter, AND her friends.
