All orders are through a kiosk. Human interaction with a staff member is hard to get. Never saw anyone come around and wipe any... tables after someone left. This lines up with cleanliness or every bit lack there of in the bathroom. My son had to use thebathroom before we left. Ewww... napkins in the bowl of the urinal so he went to use the big toilet. ???? That was clogged withfeces and napkins. He was horrified. The food was good, cleanliness less than to be desired. The most bizarre thing.7:30 on a Wednesday night. Drive thru line was long so we went inside to order. One lady was already... waiting and we saw the kiosks to enter our order and proceeded. Few more people come in behind us waiting patiently to order aswell. The manager comes out hollering at us all that the dining room inside is closed we need to leave NOW. What? The door wasopen, hours says 10pm and it's 7:30 on a Wednesday. She was as telling us we broke in and she didn't let us in there. WHAT INTHE WORLD? She was awful and aggressive about it. I hate being "that" person but I gotts talk to someone about this. It wassoooo random and unbelievably rude for her to talk to anyone like that. Not a bad Taco Bell location. At least the dining room was open for lunch. They try to force you to use the kiosk to order... like most fast food restaurants, but they will take your order at the counter if you wait. I ordered online and they werefriendly when they gave me my drink and food. The combo box I ordered was decently priced and the items were made well. Ienjoyed the cheesy potatoes, and their Mountain Dew was really good. My co-worker ordered from the kiosk and was surprised athow much he spent for a few tacos! Read more
Condescending staff, terrible service. I NEVER make complaints to businesses like this because I used to work in food... service/retail. However, this time is an exception. Completely unacceptable behavior. You?ve lost my business for good. And no,I will not give Taco Bell a second chance. I showed nothing but kindness and in return received rude, patronizing andcondescending service. Great Taco Bell. Very good staff and reliable for fast food. Manager always walking around and cleaning and asking if you need... anything. For fast food the service is as good as it gets for Pennsylvania. Stop by for some tacos if I?m areas and need quickbite Read more
