I would avoid this outlet even if it were the last standing Dunkin' on earth. The employees are so rude!
Put a trainee on the floor alone and she has no idea how to make anything. Don't start someone if they aren't fully trained.... Can't make an espresso shot because she doesn't know how. Read more
So I go here to this location every morning and never have had a problem the coffee is actually really good and the young ladies... who work there in mornings are so nice and friendly. However when I went today I had to repeat over 5 times I only wanted creamin my coffee and the older lady proceeded to come outside and yell at my car about cream only and made a rude comment went backinside and proceeded to make another rude comment about it being the holidays and yelling at me. I asked for my money back andwasn't even refunded on my card I was given tip money not even the correct amount. Just can't even believe people go out oftheir way to be miserable and unkind and unprofessional to customers. I will not be returning to this location. You don't treatcustomers like that not to mention it was extremely embarrassing being spoken to that way I don't even speak to people that way.Shaking my head. Read more

I arrived at this store at approximately 9:00 AM. There were no customers in the dining facility or in line. I received a... tepid welcome from the individual working the counter. I asked for a "Box of Joe" and 2 dozen assorted doughnuts. With obviousfrustration on her face, the attendant totaled the order and then chastised me for not having called in 24 hours in advancerequesting the same. I simply replied, thank you very much and have a good day. I went down the road a piece and found asatellite Dunkin Donuts at an Irving filling station. I asked there if it would be an issue to fulfill the same request without24 hour advance notice. The attendant smiled, laughed and said, "No problem, we are kinda in that business."
