They give you less meat than what is supposed to be on the sandwich, and very minimal with toppings. I always have to say "a lil... more please". I've been here about 3 or 4 times and always the same..... Update.. Came here again the next week asked the ownerhow many slices of meat come on my sandwich, He answered my question then proceeded to put less on my sandwich, Ask me if Iwanted more on my sandwich, I said yes then he asked why I was counting counting and then he proceeded to take the meat off mysandwich and say he doesn't want to do business with me. Because I question the amount that comes on the sandwich I'm payingfor!?? ok ... no gluten free. Skimpy on fillings. Unfriendly service. Two girls with long hair were serving with no hair net or any covering.... Wait was forever and we were the only customers. Have been been to many other subways and found this one to be verydisappointing. Won't go there again. Read more
Having previously worked for Subway, I cannot recommend this Subway at all. Their vegetables always seems like the owner is... trying to stretch the longevity and let things wilt before replacing, they keep certain toppings covered and will not put themon a sandwich unless you deliberately ask. The owners seem to only hire family, some of which have trouble understandingcustomers which leads to confusion through the sandwich line. They are very stingy on how much vegetables they put on yoursandwich. I have personally seen them reuse the white sandwich paper down the line touching sandwich after sandwich (yuck).Anything to save a penny or two with this store. The food quality is just awful, you can taste the quality drop tremendouslywith their sandwiches compared to other subways. And last but not least, I have been overcharged MANY MANY times for what I haveordered by one of the owners herself. That was the last straw for me visiting this location. This Subway goes against everythingthis company stands for. You are much better off driving down the road to East Brook mall and getting a quality sandwichexperience at that store. Read more
The owner is pleasant and the store is always clean. The food is fresh and the veggies are never soggy. The sandwiches always... come out looking beautiful and they taste good too. Best Subway around. Read more
Unfortunately this Subway doesn't keep stock of breads, so when we go they are always out of at least one type of bread. They... frequently run out of things that should be stocked, like cheeses and meats. And, worst of all, they defiled the southwestchipotle sauce. Now, when I say defiled, let me give you context. They added mayonnaise. The spicy tang was removed and it hada terrible flavor overall. I assume that they did this due to not having enough in stock, but it was terrible just the same.
