Quick friendly service, but long line up at this little store. There is not enough staff in my opinion, there should be 1 person... focusing taking orders, and 2 persons cranking out drinks. My drink was ready as I arrived, ordered online. Your slush promotionis not clear, if it were to be just Strawberry slush, the picture should only present as such, I thought mango slush was part ofthe promo. Drinks taste great. We bought 2 bubble milk tea, L size today, at 12:40 pm, at 890 Don Mills. Shortly after my son finishing his and my husband... finishing his half portion did they started to experience funny feeling in their stomachs. This progressed to sweating andstomach cramps in my son and stomachache and diarrhea for my husband. We returned with half portion of the bubble tea at 4:00 pmto the store to report the incidence. One of the 3 staff there refused to believe it is the bubble tea that is causing thestomachache. All the staff refused to give their names or that of the manager. The symptoms are clearly indicative of foodpoisoning because neither my husband and son had eaten much of other foods before the bubble tea. I initially raised thisawareness with the staff hoping they would take action to be more careful with the food safety. Their failure to be accountableleaves us with disappointment and anger at Coco's food quality and disgraceful customer service. Read more

No milk substitutes, disappointing. However very quick friendly service. They accept apple pay and google pay. Elaborate drink... menu, brown sugar pearls makes for a nicer sweetener to the drink than regular sugar. Separate entrance east of the mainentrance gets you here quicker. Read more

This was my first time trying out CoCo fresh and I totally loved the experience! The staff here is really welcoming so that is a... plus too. Tried their Bubble Gaga which is basically fresh passionfruit tea with coconut jelly and Tapioca and it was sorefreshing on a hot summer in Toronto that you're going to come back for more! 10/10 recommended. Exiting C&C Supermarket is a CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice location. From the first store in Taipei which opened in 1997, this... franchise is now common in many malls & plazas. March specials for a cool $4.50 each included Red Bean Milk Tea or Bubble GaGa. Hey, I find these drinks so overpriced so when they offer a discount north of $1, I'm more interested. Electronic payment isrequired as staff don't want to handle cash. Lots of indoor seating but I'm still leaning at takeout lately. Service was good. Restrooms are located in the main plaza; not in the store. BTW, make sure you get your drink tailored to your sweetnesstolerance. Many drinks can easily send you off the sugar cliff. Read more

First time here. Place looks like they very recently opened. Staff were friendly enough and drink came fairly quickly even... though it was hand made. I had their special on the regular bubble tea. You can customize the sweetness and ice levels to theway you like it. Drink was standard fare but a decent value with their promo. I probably would return if I was in the area andwanted bubble tea and I'm not sure where else to get it. I do recommend to anyone in the area and would like bubble tea. Read more
