We haven't been here for long time. This beautiful house remains stunning outside and gorgeous inside. We have a great night... here. Our waiter is awesome (too bad we forgot his name). He explained the menu to us professionally and always with a smile. We started the dinner with the free Garlic bread toast. It is warm and fluffy. Our appetizer is the meat boards which platedbeautifully. For main courses, we have Lamb chops, Rib eye steak and Prime rib. All cooked to perfection!! Desserts areEt-mek which contains shredded coconut, pistachio. The Chocolate hazelnut torte has a strong taste of hazelnut but at the rightlevel of sweetness. Back on May 1st, 2022, I treated my family out for my 39th birthday to David Duncan House. Overall, I was really impressed with... the quality from appetizers to entrees to desserts. I ordered a 12 oz. New York strip, medium and it was one of the best steaksI've had in years. Absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. David Duncan House did not disappoint, it exceeded myexpectations. My family has been eating here for years and we're always impressed. My only regret is I tipped our server $40. We had a great experience at this location a few weeks ago when we came in with gift cards on a Saturday eve. The food was very... delicious! The server was so kind and attentive. Everything was so tasty. Servers where so polite and on top of everything. Great wine and drink selection. Lovely focaccia bread... to start and fresh oysters. Steak was done exactly to my liking which is Chicago rare and I know that’s not an easy request.For Dessert I had a cheesecake baklava that was out of this world. The combination of food and ambiance was perfect. The food is reasonably priced and frankly I'm shocked they aren't more... popular. I will definitely go back, the prices are within range of quality food. The service was good and the place isbeautiful. Great date night or celebratory meal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only uncomfortable situation wasone of the bussers made me feel super uncomfortable with the constant attention and compliments. Besides that, it was all good! Read more
