Ordered for myself and my husband, lady working (there was only one person working) ends up completing my order and then taking... the customers after us orders, leaving my husband to wait 10 minutes for his burrito. Lady working was slow, not friendly, anddid not look like she wanted to be working; maybe they should increase their staff working to promote better customer service.Produce and beans were not nicely kept. Fish tacos used to be full filets, now they are flattened end-bit crisps, with very little to barely any fish inside the... batter. Everytime i order i hope for a decent portion, Only to get filets that fit half the taco, biting into air-pockets, andtwo broken pieces of ends put together. *Edit: This location has gone down hill in both food and customer service over the last couple of years. The person serving me... looked like I was hugely inconveniencing them and the other person working looked miserable as well. The food was terrible. Iordered beef tacos and the beef was ice cold! The ingredients did not look fresh and tasted awful. Won't be going back to thislocation. This location is always reliable and food is always decent. I've found recently that they often seem to beunderstaffed, which is fault of the manager, not the workers. Read more
I just don't understand why this place does not have a washroom??? Before I eat I wash my hands. They should make that a rule... for every fast food place that has a table to eat at, they should also have a washroom for their customers. If you don't wantcustomers to eat inside your business, then don't have tables available for them. Unfortunately I had to go across to Second Cupand buy a dessert and wash my hands in their washroom. Got take out on early Saturday evening. The service was friendly and efficient. Tasted delicious.
We ordered 4 dishes and none of them were as per expectations. One common problem to all dishes was the sauces. One bite had all... the spicy sauce and then at the end of the burrito one bite with all the sour sauce. In between no sauce or taste at all. Samewas the case with quesadilla and Tacos as well. Ordered from this location through a food delivery app. I ordered a naked burrito bowl and when I opened it, I was very... surprised at the tiny portion. I ordered the chicken regular size. There was barely a handful of lettuce, not much cheese andbarely any sour cream (even though I asked for extra sour cream!). However there was A LOT of salsa/sauce and it was horrible;extremely watery but also spicy - not sure how that worked out. By the time I received my food (the restaurant is only about 2.5kms from my job) the vegetables (lettuce, green onion and cilantro) were soggy and the paper container the food came in was wetat the bottom and leaking actually. Was looking for a place open late, it was open until midnight on a Friday and they were busy filling online orders. Staff were... very nice and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. $10.50 for a Big vegetarian bowl is a very good price and the guacamoledoesn't cost extra. Read more
