Harvey's on Bayview and Cummer is so greatly clean now. They wipe every often. The new Manager and his team are awesome. The... manager was wiping, changing trash, mentoring the newer staff and the burger at this NEW Harvey is so delicious ????. They areso courteous, Professional.....Oh my, I'm restarting visiting this Harvey's again!!!!! We actually watched the Manager teach theservice girl how to wrap a cripsy so patiently and calmly. If I could give this location 0/5 I would. The cashier and garnisher were extremely rude, I only requested for extra pickles to... be added to the poutine and Harv sauce, and was willing to pay extra. She tried to claim that they cannot add anything to thepoutine, which I know is false as I have previous work experience at Harvey?s. They only put three pickles, so I asked him togive me more (white male at window) and he was very rude about it as well. Our second time at Harvey's in less than a week. This one was convenient and friendly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. We... got a Poutine, #2 meal, and a Veggie burger meal. The floor was a bit sticky under our table, but the drink station was clean. Read more
Definitely the worst service ever, order this around 11:40PM Last night, and suggest never to go there. As the order taker was... so rude initially but we weren?t really bothered much bout it as it wasn?t welcoming but it was the end of the shift even thoughthat?s not the excuse. These are the pictures of food we ordered last night, everything was over cooked and by the taste of itit felt like it was already made like a while ago and they cooked again or heated up. This is my first and last time ordering from this location. It's unfortunate that there aren't other locations to choose from as... this was the only option on skip. There was absolutely no effort put into preparing my order. I don't know what this is but it'snot Nuggets. It was burnt to a crisp and smelt like old oil that hasn't been changed, in who knows how long. There's a foulsmell Also coming from it. Not to mention the poutine I ordered with it was obviously sitting around from a cancelled order andwas soggy to the core I was so turned off I threw my meal on the garbage. It should be an automatic given that once you order apoutine gravy should be on the side. Don't waste your time ordering here. It's saddens me that this is what customer service hascome to since I've been in the industry. In response to you as the owner, Skip is only responsible for refunding me on yourbehalf. They are not responsible for the food quality. Hence, this is where you come in. The next steps to be taken should be ameeting with your kitchen staff to ensure this issue doesn't occur with anyone else. Something that could have been stated inyour response.
