Service and food are decent, but this is the only place in the mall that gets my order wrong on a semi-regular basis.

Saddest chicken I ever had. On Sunday, I made an order of 2 thighs and 1 breast (I like having one large white meat). This is... the first time I order KFC (I lived across the street from a KFC so I know what their chicken looks like) and I can't tell thedifference between a thigh and a breast. All 3 of pieces were very slim, it just looked that the chicken used to havedepression. I typically enjoy KFC but this branch wasn't really as good as always. Read more
The KFC at this particular location is the best KFC I've ever eaten. The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the... inside, the fries golden brown...it's so good that there's always long lineups at lunch hour, but it's worth the wait. Read more
This place is a total mess. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes while the cashier is handling only 3 people in front of me.... After that, she without any remorse told me that we don't have spicy chicken. How on earth are we supposed to know that thislocation doesn't have spicy chicken? Her answer was "we've been always like this"; a dumb answer. It's my first time there andthey assume I should know. Besides, they are noticeably understaffed! Avoid this at all cost. Read more
