Takeout order. Good enough.
I will never visit this KFC again even though, I live right across the street. The front staff in this location are rude, lairs,... and poorly trained. I received burned hot wings on multiple occasions. I paid for dipping sauce but did not receive any dippingsauce in my bag on multiple occasions. ZERO STARS! I bet if this KFC was in a different neighborhood the service and food wouldbe better. Too bad for you JANE and FINCH. PIZZA HUT is two doors down. POPEYES is across the street. Sell you the most raw and bad smelling food I have ever gotten.
Front staff in this location are rude and poorly trained. Always problems with my orders from here, which is matched with their... awful customer service. I'd go out of my way to visit a different location if their were one closer. Read more
Sunday July 14 2022, they forgot my order after I waited 20 min then they asked what did I order, so disorganized. The 2 out... of 3 staff were on their phones watching tiktoks OMG. Customer service is horrible, and I will never go to this location again. Read more
The open sign is never lit up, so you can never tell whether they're open or closed, the service behind the counter is lacking... in enthusiasm, the food is pretty much would you expect from any KFC ever, when we mention the open sign was not lit up, thestaff said "I'm shocked", yet no one went and turned it on, I think this might be a ploy on the staffs part so they're not thatbusy ... even after the renovations to make it more modern, still the staff are lacking in caring...
