Walk in special. $11.95 for a 2 topping medium. Online, it says traditional toppings only in some places, but it also doesn't... say traditional toppings in other places. I ordered online and it allowed me to choose from gourmet toppings at the same priceas well. I also got to customize both the left and right sides of my pizza, so that's a win. The bocconcini on my pizza actuallydid that lovely cheese pull situation, so that's a win. Meatballs are tasty too. Read more
Have ordered twice from this location and have been disappointed both times. The pizza is not tasty, crust is too thin and... almost seems overcooked. Very dry and crusty and cheese and toppings did not improve it. And we found a hair in one piece whichis just bad hygiene on the part of the franchise owners. Also they got the drink order wrong. Ordered a calzone/panzerotti. Barely any cheese inside lol and mostly sauce. The bottom was all soggy within 10 minutes of me... driving home to eat it. I?m giving 2 star because the sauce has great flavour, cheese great flavour, otherwise this would be 1star. This review is for their calzone/panzerotti only. Pizza Pizza panzerotti is way better, doesn?t get soggy and give youmore cheese. Definitely not worth the price. Their walk-in medium pepperoni pizza deal is better and similar price. I will trythe Location near yonge and sheppard to see if there is a difference as previous reviews talk about this location being anissue. Read more
This place used to be so good.. but not anymore.. Office birthday lunch- ordered 9:30am to be delivered at 1pm. Pizza was... delivered 15min late and cold. We only had 15min to eat for our lunch. Asked napkins, plates, and cutlery but nothing came withit. How do we share pasta without plates and forks?? So annoying never order again. Wish i could remove pre tipping for thedriver. Read more
by far the worse pizza i have had in my life... the tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste.. the topping litterally was falling... off. The pizza was as thin as pita.Pizza was literally burned all around .. it was very gross. The taste was awful.. 1 out of 6people who tried it thought it was ok. We were quite disappointed in this location. We had never eaten at this mammas pizza, and heard good things. This was not a good... experience. There was practically no cheese on the pizza and the toppings were sparse. We also had wings which ok but had to recook then along with the pizza after they arrived. After spending nearly $60 on a ?special? this was absolutely not worth it. Wewill not reorder here. Read more
Ordered online - they got the food order correctly and ready for pickup at the designated time. Forgot to include the serving... pieces (plates, tissue, cutlery) even though it was stated on the order (and receipt). When asked, the girl at the counterreluctantly gave some out. Agree with other reviewers, not the friendliest service but decent pizza. Decent in that even theirregular crust is thin making the ingredients stand out even more. The cheese is also all the way to the outer rim of the crustso no square footage ever gets wasted. Read more
It's a shame, both me and my wife used to love Mama's, our past couple of experiences were not great. The service is sub par,... the pizzas barely have any toppings on them. We've ordered the hot Sicilian and the devil's delight, one was thick crust, Ican't tell them apart. They look exactly the same. Then after leaving they call me saying I didn't pay, I checked, sure enough owas charged, told them, they changed, apologiezed, hung up. Next day, they call again saying I didn't pay.
