Came into the restaurant and there was no one behind the cash register. There was one girl sweeping the floors and she had made... no acknowledgement or even indicated to me that she'll be a moment before taking my order. It wasn't too long of a wait butafter about a minute or two the same girl sweeping the floor told me she'll be a minute. So, once she took my order and Ireceived it I was ready to enjoy my meal but then was told the dining area is closed. I understand it's 9:30pm and it's close toclosing time but there's still half an hour left. Anyway, that was a bit annoying to find that out. Maybe they could haveinformed me before I placed my order? Because I would have just gone to Wendy's that's nearby if I knew their dining area wasclosed. But after all of that end up going home to have my meal just to find out that my spicy big Mary sandwich wasn't preparedproperly. Half of it wasn't even breaded/battered. All in all it was just a poor experience and don't think I'll be returningto this location again. Read more
Chicken is always fresh and pieces are always big. Crispy and flavorful. The spicy is just the right kind of spicy and very... enjoyable. Absolutely love them Nashville wedges and the Strawberry Cream cheese pie. Service has always been great at leastfor me anyway. It's a bit of a wait sometimes because they are frying it fresh but it's well worth the wait! Read more

The chicken is great! Not too greasy, not salty, just perfect. The coleslaw and macaroni salads are top notch. Beats any... competitor out there. It was my first time trying it. Give it a shot, and the chicken sandwich Big Mary is pretty good too! Read more

Was asked to wait 25 min for an 18 piece combo for my family after I ordered. Came back and ended up waiting a total of an hour... when the kitchen staff told all of the waiting customers that there was no gravy. All the while all of this prepared chicken issitting boxed waiting for 10 minutes. No timetable was given for the gravy?s preparation. Ended up leaving with cold chicken,soggy fries and no gravy. Gross kitchen staff left the poor cashier to the wolves to explain what was happening despite herhelping them by working both the kitchen and the cash. No one should be waiting for an hour and five minutes for what ended upbeing an incomplete order Read more

Can't even get uber order right. Can't even print out receipt and check it for accuracy. Edit: 6 items total, 3 items were... missing things/incomplete. Literally got only 50% of the orders right but had to pay 100% of the money of course. Thankfully Ihave dipping sauce left over from previous Wendy's order. Same plaza but they can check a list. Last week I visited the cashier was very rude . No customer service . Today I visted and the supervisor served us . She was... amazing . So nice and warm . Even tho I order 3 piece chicken I changed my mind quick to sandwich . She said no problem andshe gived us fresh fries. Cuz the wedges were bad . Amazing service . Had the Big Mary Spicy combo with wedge fries. Very simple sandwich comprised of a nice piece of chicken breast, some sort of... special sauce and pickles. Lettuce and tomato noticeably absent. Also I suggest the bun could improve, i.e., a bun of betterquality. Definitely the weakest aspect IMHO. GF had the two piece chicken combo which included a very meaty breast, fries andcoleslaw. GF was up sold a gravy for $1.89. GF indicated next time she would get the regular fries ????. Staff was friendlyand they bring your order to your table when dining in. Total bill with tax was $26.64. Minus 1 star for the above mentionedBig Mary shortcomings. Read more
