We all know how McDonald's does with their products, therefore I am not here to comment their food. But this is the first time I... came in after the renovation. I am definitely in love with their cozy decoration. The entrance has been revised and it is easyto access, straight to the ordering counter. Fine for most things but don't get anything ice cream or McFlurry related. When their machine is down they don't tell you. They... just delete your order number from the queue without saying anything. Update. I went to this location yesterday. I was overcharged and the cashier/ manager was raising their voice at me as I explained what... happened. The service was poor and she finally did give me the refund however she continued to blame me getting overcharged. Bythe it was resolved the food was cold. It is not right to talk to your customers with anger and blame. The manager should havebeen friendly and discussed the situation keeping things pleasant. I would not go back there again. Read more

This newly renovated location looks great and has several new amenities that make it stand out from other locations. These... include - Wave to open exit and washroom doors - USB-A charging outlets - AC outlets in booths - Automatic faucet, hand dryer,and toilet The service is fast and the dining room is always clean and well maintained. One thing to note is that the TVs wereremoved during the renovation, so CP24 is no longer available to watch while eating. Read more

Poor service. I watched an associate yell and raise her voice to a customer when an order was put in incorrectly. "So, do you... want a refund or not?!" The sign says bring reusable travel mugs, but when preparing a drink. The server prepared the drink in adisposable cup, then poured the drink in the customer's travel mug, and then there out the disposable cup. Completely defeatsthe purpose... Read more

Horrible experience with a staff member making us feel like he was going to hit us while playing with a ball that he kept losing... control of and rolled over to us several times. When I asked him to stop, he said he was entitled to do whatever he wantedbecause he works there, even if it meant we had to wonder if myself or my elderly mother with dementia would get hit in the facewith his ball. His manager asked him to move and left, the employee continued argue with me from across the driveway. I can'tbelieve I paid for such a horrible dining experience. After coming here regularly since it first opened decades ago, I'll nevercome back because it doesn't feel safe or respectful. I guess being a young white male means he'll still have a job aftertelling us he has the right to make customers uncomfortable. I'm happy to not eat junk food and save money, not so happy thisemployee felt he has the right to upset customers trying to have a nice outing without watching for a flying ball to the face. Read more
