This can be a busy McDonald's during the day given its location. I was able to dine in even after 10 pm on a weekday. Good... spacious atmosphere. Not too long of a wait for the food. Remember to collect points through the app. Read more

ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T COME HERE. I mobile ordered a Skor McFlurry for table service, and patiently... waited (10 minutes). I decided to go check what was taking so long. It was not busy at all. I told a girl employee my concernand she just annoyingly said that they were out of Skor with no apology for making me wait, and did nothing about it. She didn'tnotify anybody. My McFlurry was already half melted by then. I wanted a refund, then she points at a long line saying get inline in a very aggressive and rude manner, while she does absolutely nothing at her till. I didn't want to listen to her becausewhy should I line up and wait again after waiting for 10+ minutes already?? So I decided to tell another employee about thesituation (since she was incompetent how to deal with it). As I was trying to get another employee's attention, I noticed acustomer saying she ordered a McFlurry. A male employee picked up my McFlurry that has been there for 10+ minutes, filled withthe available topping and handed off to her! I took this opportunity to tell him the situation. He doesn't apologize and with nofacial expression. I sarcastically said that girl "so kindly" said they were out of Skor and "has been so ever helpful". I saidto just remake another with whatever that is available. He reluctantly remakes my order. I am not coming back to this locationand I do not recommend others to as well if you want freshness and competent employees. Read more

placed an order on ubereats at night, was almost hangry but didn?t expect the terrible quality. The whole meal was missing, also... side menus and the drinks came wrong one. terrible terrible terrible. Don?t know what were the employees thinking, notunderstandable, wordless. even one star for this store is too much. never gonna order here in my entire life again. Read more

I never write reviews and this is the only time I will be doing it because of my horrible experience. First, I came in to order... and was ignored for about 5 minutes. There were almost to no orders on their drive thru screen and yet the lady tells me to giveher a moment. She finally comes to take my order, I handed her a coupon for a free big mac and she puts an "ask me" on the item.Not even 30 seconds have passed by and my food is already ready. I had a gut feeling that the food she served me was someoneelse's cancelled order. I felt it, it was cold however, I did not have the time to go back and let her know how disappointed Iam. I couldn't even finish half of the sandwich because my stomach hurt. This is wrong. Whoever that lady was, I hope managementre-trains her and revokes her food-handing certificate. I understand that I have a coupon for a free item but this is inhumaneand if someone did that to you, I bet you would be upset too. I came on January 31 at around 7:35pm to 7:40. If I could give them zero stars I would! I am lactose in tolerant and I asked for NO CHEESE. The lady went and put ?extra... cheese? with $0.50 charge when we were at the drive through we notice and told her/reminded her NO CHEESE so she changed it onthe screen and I thought it was fixed. Then I get home and I see that my sausage n? egg muffin HAS CHEESE after I told them nocheese. This is the type of sub par work they do! They just added another label over the sandwich! This totally blind sides meas a customer who specifically asked for NO CHEESE. I cannot even eat this breakfast, I wasted my money and time. I don?t havetime to drive back and get a new breakfast that they totally messed up on. I tried calling the location and there was no answer!I?m really upset that these workers would do such a thing! They were not taking my dietary concerns seriously which is verydangerous to my heath! McDonald?s I?m very disappointed with this location , the training and staff! Read more

I very rarely leave one star reviews as I think they tend to be really harsh. I was about to leave a three-star review but there... was one thing that really triggered that one star review, I'll get to this in a moment. I stopped t that location coming fromIkea nearby. Access and parking is not super practical as a start. The drive through line outside was at least 15 cars longwhich is why I went inside the restaurant to order. Inside, things overall felt quite chaotic. 2 employees were having whatseemed to be somewhat of a heated conversation with their manager about their break time right at the front counter, which feltout of place. The wait time was abnormally long, and only one person was taking orders with a number of customers waiting. Theyseem understaffed which is quite common these days due to Covid. So why the one star review: I went to the bathroom to removemy dental appliance; garbage bin was overflowing, some garbage was on the floor along with a spilled coffee cup. Not great as astart One of the employees came and used the urinals, then looked at some of the garbage; not only didn't he do anything aboutit, he actually didn't even wash his hands and walked straight back into the back of the restaurant. ???????? On my scale, thatdeserves a zero but I can only leave it one star. You can be careless or even consider that picking up the garbage is somebodyelse's job but at least you should maintain a strict minimum level of compliance to cleanliness and hygiene. Incidentally he wasthe one who handed me my order as I picked it up at the counter after waiting a solid 15 minutes. ????. I won't divulge his nameas he could lose his job and I don't wish this to anyone, but seriously... My poutine was good but left a bad taste in my mouthdue to the aforementioned incident. I think this restaurant needs some attention and I will certainly not go back there againanytime soon. That's a one-star for me. Read more

Waited 30 min for these two pieces for mobile ordering, and was told my order of latte and hot chocolate are not available. Very... mad at their speed. And if you tell me on the app that your latte cappuccino and hot chocolate machine are not available, I willjust order from somewhere else instead instead of wasting 30 min. I have a test very soon if you don?t improve your speed thenthere is no meaning to order FAST FOOD. Read more

We tried this outlet of McDonald's for a curbside pickup. The issue here was the long delay for curbside pickup, we waited for a... long time and finally i had to enter the outlet enquiring about my curbside pickup. When i was enquiring about my order, thestaff there had no problems with my order and it seems they started preparing my order after i arrived. It took around 40 minsfor me to collect my curbside pickup. Shop was not much busy, it might be some staff management issue. But atleast I expectedthe staff to be polite or apologetic instead they were not bothered anything about it. Later when food arrived , packing was notgood , my poutine box had leak and sauce were dripping out(this is the first outlet where packing was so bad as they had notproperly closed my poutine box. Overall we were unhappy and would never visit this outlet (eventhought it's near to my house). Read more
