McDonald?s has not bettered their menu ?still. Very disappointed that they went with digital coffee reward. I won?t use it,... already online overload. I like their coffee but will only get one once in a while now. I very rarely have been/am a patronother than coffee. Could not/cannot even order their fries as they are not vegetarian. Have stopped getting even the muffins asunsure what shortening they use. I just rather avoid McDonald?s now altogether. Perhaps only get a coffee now and then. Read more
Wanted the $1 SMALL coffee and was told they don't have small for $1. I thought perhaps they weren't a part of the promotion... only to see on the menu medium for $1. So I had to pay MORE for a smaller size because the employee had no common sense!! Read more

2nd day in a row my meal was not hot enough. Even after I told the associate about the day prior. 1 piece of napkin given and... no ketchup for fries. I was not even asked if I wanted any (& I totally forgot to ask for some). Disappointing. Update:June2022 Nothing has changed...paid for a meal and received half full fries..if paying my money I should get what I'm being chargedfor. Also be tidy when making burgers don't just SLAP ingredients into the box and not in the burger. Read more
Always friendly and happy service from the local stuff in Labrador City. Our work crew orders are always correct with nothing... missing. Not much of a wait time in-store especially with our big orders for a work crew and busy drive thru. The food is alwayscooked fresh and taste delicious. Read more

Food that cost less than $11 a year ago is now well over $15. I just had a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. LUCKILY I... ate indoors and what I looked at my burger it was a single beef patty. Brought it back to the counter and what they did insteadof providing me a brand new sandwich that slapped on another patty. Means the second slice of cheese was missing. SERIOUSLY? SoI got a brand new one which was so oily that I felt sick all afternoon. The staff in the kitchen seem to be seriouslyincompetent. Oh and the place is totally filthy. Read more
