If I could give 0 stars I would. It's 5am and this place surprise is "closed" watched 5 plus cars drive in and leave while I... wrote this review. I wonder why the franchisee thinks? Ordered a coffee. Just a coffee. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. They gave me cold coffee. Parked my car. Came inside. They... have no coffee left so I'm sitting here waiting for a fresh brew. This location is doing my head in. We as customers don't haveall the time in the world. Meanwhile staff are all laughing and playing, train these bozos. Never coming back here. Read more

If I can give no stars i would! I Bought food yesterday for take out. Upon opening my food at home, i found out that the 6pcs... nuggets is not included. I called the store right away and expresses my concern. The lady I spoke to apologized and asked me tocome back any time of the week to get it and she will let the manager know. Asked for my name and said that I can get it rightaway by just saying my name. I clarified and repeated what she said. The Next day, I went and asked nicely for the nuggets. Themanager Adita, said there was no log about the conversation I had the day before and she looked at me like I was lying! Like itwas my fault! This location always get the orders wrong! May it be delivery, take out or dine in! She Asked me what card I used,what time, how much did I pay for, what day i ordered, and food ordered along with it. She is asking questions after questionswithout giving me time to think about what I ordered. She said I can?t even tell her the items ordered along with the nuggets!She said the card doesn?t match the card used for the order, i told her I used apple pay. I even showed her the amount deductedon my bank account! And she was about to say something else like ?next time you should?? and I exploded, told her that she isthe manager. She should tell her employees to do better! I worked at the hospitality industry too and this kind of customerexperience is just unacceptable. Always some machine is broken. Usually its Hot Fudge Sundae. Also, their customer experience is one of the worst in McDonald... franchises. Corporate should focus more in this franchise as its so close to their head office. Read more

Training new employees is always difficult, where speed and accuracy are concerned. Just started my meal and the manager (as told) approached me informing me of the store 20-min seating policy. COMPLETELY... INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSSIONAL, POOR JUDGEMENT. This lady definitely needs to take courses on customer service! Store was notbusy at the time (see photos). Read more

Ok first off the window person was not only super rude but didn't listen when we tried to tell her that the order she was... insisting on passing us was not ours, but when we handed it back and said this is not ours she starts arguing with us that wesaid the other order was ours. I am so happy with the service I received with them. I went in to get coffee, fries, and muffin. The person behind the counter... was happy to tell me that she will do the muffin and coffee a combo. I never expected it. This is proof that little gesturescould make someone?s day good. The service was fast and efficient, as well. Good location. Read more
