Amazing first impression. We were sat down at a table in a bright, clean restaurant. Immediately we were asked by the server... if it was our first time there, and she kindly gave us recommendations if popular items as well as her favourites when weasked. While waiting for our order, another server suddenly came by with hot water for my partner to drink because she noticedshe was cold. Great job to the service teams, made us feel very welcome ordering food we weren't quite familiar with yet. Nowthe skewers and the sichuan style soup base were amazing. This was my first time trying Sichuan-style skewers, and I haven't hada lot of experience with Sichuan cuisine, but the food tasted great for an affordable price by the piece (but the value is worthmore). On the side, we had Chongqing crispy pork to dip in the soup base. It was definitely crispy and delicious. I'm not ahuge fan of pork but this dish made me change my mind. The soy milk was a fantastic combination with the mala flavours of thefood. Will definitely become a regular customer especially since the restaurant is 2 minutes away from home. Read more

Spicy skewers ordered by the piece. Comes in a pot of soup base of your choice not continuously heated. Great... flavouring. Unfortunately no liquor license. Opens late with lots of food delivery app options. In comparison to hotpot there'snot a lot of meat options (eg. Beef slices, lamb slices etc) Good service and beautiful design. Read more

Amazing food with great traditional flavours. I highly recommend the crispy fried pork dish. A must for anyone that enjoys spicy... food and anyone that's feeling adventurous. Wife have been craving cheng du cuisine so her and i decided to give this place a shot despite knowing that parking around yonge... will be super hectic ????. Luckily, we managed to endure the traffic and was blessed with the amazing food these guys have tooffer! Prices were magnificent, food preparation and sanitization was excellent. The taste was impeccable. Heck i even broughtthe left over Sauce from one of the dishes so i can repurpose it and make another dish at home! Hahahahhaha. We cannot wait tocome back here again ????.
