Great food! I?ve always had positive experiences at Osmow?s, from their quick service, friendly staff, and clean environment. I... especially like the chicken shawarma wraps! The portion is excellent and they really do their best to evenly spread theingredients in the wraps so you get a consistent bite every time! You can also get extra sauce, although I would not recommendthat in a wrap as it can get soggy! I visited here on National Shawarma Day for their $5 chicken on the rocks or chickenshawarma wrap?I?ve got to say I was impressed! Lots more traffic than usual, but they really beefed up their staff to keep upwith demand. My order was ready in about 5 mins from order, and it was mostly my wrap that took a bit more time. Staff werecoordinated and worked well together. They were also very kind, special shout out to the lady and cash register! She greetedeveryone and had so much energy, I don?t know how she does it. Fair warning that the spice levels here can actually get prettyspicy! Can't comment on the in-store experience since my only experiences are through SkiptheDishes and DoorDash, but I can only guess... this location's team is supremely efficient with how well-crafted my orders are whenever I purchase from them through delivery!Portions are generous, a thank-you note is always attached to the package, and the shawarma consistently outperforms the qualityof its competitors in the area. Plus I appreciate their (I'm assuming?) efforts to minimise waste by introducing sporks to theirplastic cutlery so that delivery drivers won't be giving customers two utensils that they likely won't use both of. If I had tovoice a minor complaint it would be that the vegetable-based add-ons are a bit pricey (could there be tabbouleh as an option forthe box's side salad?) but that is at the fault of the executives and not this location, plus the overall cost is actuallypretty fair even when you purchase one of their 'expensive' additions. I had such a great chicken on fries, both quality and quantity of the food was different from other stores. I had placed the... order online but they kept the order semi-fried to fully cook and keep it warmed on my arrival which comes great to me, the ladywho is preparing orders is really well-behaved. Good service by the staffs. Enough space in front of the shop for parking since this is in a plaza. Washroom is also clean and... nice. Food handling quality is also better than other places. In terms of taste, their chicken on the rox is quite famous.Recommend for everyone. Read more

I am extremely disappointed at the customer service and the quality of the food at this location. I waited at least 10 minutes... for my order and it was the wrong order. I talked to them about it and at first they were nice and said they could change it butwhen asked, they said I had to wait an additional 5-7 minutes to go through the system again. There were at least 4 other peoplein the store. I told them my concern of the long wait so they fixed it and gave my order quicker. Throughout, the whole time wewere waiting, the lady at the counter was constantly glaring at us rudely. We later found out that they got our order completelywrong because we ordered the student deal but they gave us the regular priced items (they didn't give us a receipt so we didn'tfind out until way later). When I started eating, I was even more disappointed. I am a frequent customer at other locations andalways have positive reviews for the same order but for this location the food quality was extremely low. The fries wereextremely dry and hard. It also looked like they were old fries that were over fried (very brown). On the same order, my friendsbox of fries were also over fried but the most disgusting thing was we found a small piece of hair that looked like eitherfacial hair or pubic like hair. We were extremely disappointed at this locations food and will not be returning or recommendingit to anyone. We have concerns for the customer service and the food hygiene. Read more
