I had visited this restaurant last night after comparing it to a few others in the area that were rated equally highly. The... reason that made me decide to come here over the others was the handful of unique items they had on their menu. The Italianspring rolls and the Spinellos were 2 things that really piqued my curiousity. From the moment we stepped in the service wasincredible. Everyone that we interacted with was so friendly and by the time we left it felt like we were regulars! Ourwaitress, Rose, was exceptional and really helped take our visit from good to great! The food itself was very tasty and theportions were on the generous side. We ordered the Calamari, Italian Spring Rolls, Gnocchi, and the Cacciatora Spinello.Everything tasted fresh and handmade. We were pleasantly surprised with the spring rolls and spinello, unique approaches usingtraditional ingredients! The place itself is nice and cozy and though we didn't see it, they have a lower portion of the venuethat can accommodate events. Worth a serious consideration for the food and service alone! Definitely worth a visit and I knowthat I'll be returning in the future! Read more

Updated Review: I have been going to Panino Cappuccino for a few years now but unfortunately, the quality and portion of the... food has drastically gone downhill in recent months as well as their service. The hygiene of the staff also appears to be inquestion. The last time we ordered, we did takeout and we noticed that several items were missing key ingredients and threeitems (calzone, pizza, and bread) were burned completely black! They forgot the croutons for the Arugula Salad, the marinarasauce for the Calzone, and the Chili Oil that we requested. We've also noticed that the item descriptions on their menu nolonger represents the items you're getting. For example, the "garlic crostini" for the Buratta and the "roasted rosemary bread"for the Bruschetta is actually just the exact same plain sliced bread. Additionally, the "balsamic drizzle" for the ArugulaSalad is no where to be found. Lastly, the once-delicious Pappardelle ai Funghi is completely bland with no traces of truffle oreven salt. I've ordered this item twice in the past four months and it is absolutely not worth it anymore. They have cut theportion size for the Pappardelle in half as the container is only half-filled now. On the other hand, the Penne Rustica thatI've ordered twice alongside the Pappardelle were filled to the top. As others have mentioned, the service is really not great. We had to return to the restaurant to collect the items/ingredients that were missing, at which point the server proceeded toroll her eyes at us. It isn't the customers fault that the restaurant did not pack the bread and fresh basil for the Burattawhich is an $18 item! I'm shocked by the behaviour of the staff at this restaurant and their treatment towards customers wholiterally just spent $155 at their restaurant. Additionally, a few months back when I went to do a pickup order, I noticed thatone of the people who was packing Skip the Dishes orders put his bare hands down his pants in what appeared to b Read more

I first tried on skip the dishes. They messed up my order even when I called in advance to make sure. Because of covid I decided... not to request a refund but instead give them a 2nd chance. Tony made sure I was happy and made everything right. I am so happythat we came back. The food was excellent and plentiful. They give you so much pasta. A bit pricey bit worth it for the quality.Thank you again for your food and service. Read more
