Disgusting!!!! I ordered the Arrancini and i got these burnt pieces of garbage!!! They also messed up my order sending me a... deluxe party size pizza when I had ordered a half cheese half pepperoni party size pizza. When i called to vent my frustration,i was told by their representative it is not their fault but the courier I ordered from. What??? Who made the pizza??? Who madethe Arrancini? Excellent quality. This is a corporate store so expect the best. Staff are very warm and welcoming. Always enjoy their pizzas
????Homophobic , though the Pizza was given love . I walked in with my partner and ordered a walk-in special . While sitting ,... we were stared at by the kitchen staff , or we were simply in their veiw way. While collecting my order , the foreign ladyrefered to me as 'sir' Not that it matters but to pardon your judgement I wear Hijab ; cover my hear and body Guess peoplereally do have a hard time perceiving two local females in a relationship . When I was younger (1980?s) I would visit my grandparents from Texas (they lived a mile or so up Jane Street. My grandmother was... from Naples and we would often eat there. It always blew my mind just how good the pizza was at this place and I ecstatic nearly40 years later this place is still here. The next time I go back to Toronto this will surely be a place to visit. Not the usual pizza nova experience I have become accustomed to at other locations. Ordered ahead, advised 20 minutes, past... peak dinner rush as well. Took over 30 minutes and pizzas were not finished at same time. One sat under the heater for 15minutes awaiting the other one. Didn't appear to be busy either. Got home and had to reheat one of the pizzas. Not a greatexperience at all. Read more
Best franchise Pizza with creative slices, and creative doughs. I recommend pizza nova to everyone. I especially recommend the... jane and wilson location because the crew tjat works there is very friendly and speedy. I usually order a party size pizza withvarious toppings. The crew at jane and wilson somehow recognize me and are familiar with my order which is a nice touch. Read more
