Had a terrible experience at the specific location. Ordered 90 dollars worth of pizza and wings for delivery, my pizza arrives.... The delivery driver had a sour look on his face. He handed my order over, then said next time you should add a tip. Soapparently the 3.99 delivery charge goes to head office as a service charge (his words) he doesn?t get paid to deliver he saidhe was doing me a favor, I wouldn?t have mind giving a tip if the pizza was made better and his attitude was positive. The pizzawas poorly made, crust burnt, very soggy pizza. Needless to say I will NEVER order from that specific location ever again (6369yonge street). I am a loyal Pizzaville customer, but this experience has turn me off a bit. Please management have a talk withthis location about customer service. Read more
I I've been ordering pizza from this store a lot. Very good pizza and friendly delivery person was the reason for my choice.... This time though things were different. First the ground beef on a pizza was questionable. Happens, right? BUT then I called thecustomer service..... This is were things went totally wrong. Rude response form the customer service rep did not meet myexpectations of how the customers in Canada should be treated. 'What DO YOU WANT ?! he said...". Really? Enjoy your 1 starthen... P.S. About 2 to 3 months ago this place was good. The people gave service as requested by customer. Recently the pizza guys changing... time by time and their service is not consistent and sometimes not friendly. I paid for 5 toppings but I saw there were just 3or 4 toppings. I asked for well done pizza the guy(s) made it too juicy and watery pizza. I don't think going there anymore. Read more

The service was nice. The lady is very patient, polite and friendly. Cheese pizza is 3.75$ one slice. Other pizza slices are 4$.... Bought chicken rosemary 14 inch pizza, 1 cheese pizza slice, 1 diet coke. The whole order was 25.61$ after taxes. The cheesepizza slice was ok. Nothing special but nothing bad. Good crunchy bread. Definitely better than Pizza Pizza. The rosemarychicken took about 20 min to cook. Pizza is ??? Bread is ok, toppings are ok, chicken is tasty, but the cheese is very lowquality. Tastes like polymer resin but that's almost everywhere. I can see the way the lady treats her customers. Hence 4stars. It is not a 5 stars pizza place, but it's passable and they work hard. I have my usual at pizzaville, almost always exactly same toppings. I used the free pizza coupon for the order and it completely... came out with extremely sparse toppings. The pepper and spinach are actually added by me because it was so difficult to eat. Itdid not even have any sauce on it. Automatically, one would assume it is due to using a free pizza coupon. Pizza is good and decently fresh. The staff are friendly but prioritize delivery orders ahead of customers that are waiting in... the store. There was an add on the digital screen fro a panzerotti and sauce combo. A girl came in and ordered that, and theytold her extra sauce was 79cents. She said that the sign said it was included, they told her that was only for online orderswhich made no sense since it was on their in store digital screen. They did not charge her for the sauce in the end which wasgood, but they made her feel like she was wrong somehow. Anyways good pizza, decent prices. Read more
Good tasting XL 3 topping pizza...however at $4 more than Pizzaville location at Keele and Rutherford.
