Went here after groceries, was not very busy at all but had to wait basically 40 minutes. Previous guy was waiting 40 minutes... also for his order. Meanwhile the women working, phone rang and that was more important than the people that been waiting forsucha long period of time.. if you drive dont come here, go up to sheppard and go east to willowdale and theres one there andyoull get better and more prompt service. This location. Went in at 1145am and there wasn't enough chicken ready for a five peice order with gravy, no sides. We were... told there would be a fifteen minute wait. Other customers waiting for their online orders were told there would be a fifteenminute wait once they arrived for their order that was ordered 30 min in advance. Read more

They did not have hot sauce (free) so I asked for the spicy mayo as a replacement. The lady manager was willing to lose the sale... instead of offering me a replacement for the hot sauce unless she charged me for it. On top of that the food was stale. This location was definitely worth the extra drive for me to get freshly made food that is neatly assembled by staff on shift... and receive excellent customer service. Customer service is bad, people waited longggg before they give food Only 2 people working on a weekend. Came in at 7PM and they didn't have enough chicken for a 4 piece order and had to wait 15 minutes. I have never seen fast food... staff move so slow. No one really seemed to know what they were doing. It was painful to watch. The staff did not seem to betrained properly. When we got home there were next to no fries with the order. Read more

Takes a few minutes to get your food but it?s always made to order, I?ve never received random warm food from sitting on a... warmer. Staff are very friendly and it?s one of the cleanest places I?ve seen to date. And I?ve seen a few. Washroom wasspotless and kitchen looked well organized. Customer area was also clean with wet floor signs when required. Food was served totemperature (HOT) and tasted fresh, though deep fried.
