What a rip off. $10 for a SMALL Mango bubble tea with tapioca. Big deal if its "fresh". Wholesale cost of a mango is no more... than .75cents. I would never go again. They are gouging ripping people off and using the pandemic as an excuse for supposed highcosts. A small bubble tea with tapioca should never be more than $6-7 TOPS!. These asians just love taking advantage and rippingconumers off. Id understand if it was a large than sure ok. And it tasted terrible. So many other places much tastier and much cheaper. I asked for a mango slush with tapioca and a strawberry slush with tapioca , and i got no tapioca in my drinks and i asked the... lady , I wanted tapioca and she said its not ready!!!!! I said that she should have told me she said i didnt hear you !!! Iordered two drinks and I said tapioca two times !! Did you really not heard me or just ignoring me and not simply let me knowyou dont have them??? This is a prank , dont tell the customer what you dont have and say i didnt hear you!! Came here yesterday 30 min before they close. I ordered the large mango slush. It was little bit busy so a female staff ran out... of mango. So she added more water to my drink. It taste like water. I'm really disappointed. Also customer service in thislocation is so poor. When its busy they just want to get you anything so you leave. Customer service always bad. Read more
