I get it, your tire. but try not to get annoyed when people lined up to place an order while your busy working alone. I get it... that there is self serve machine right beside the cash, but honestly unless you put the machine rught infront of entrance,nobody realize that its there. Chill, man. I love coming to Real Fruit Bubble Tea on Dufferin and Steels, this location has amazing service and really nice staff. Antonio... is such a nice bubble tea barista, he makes really mouthwatering drinks. I usually order smoothies cause they are so delicious,and what's most important that they are freshly made. Came in at 9:15PM ish on Friday, September 23rd. Ordered the Diamond Mango drink and Carrot Juice. There was a man and woman... working and the man could be seen peeling and chopping the carrots for the juice ordered which is what I expected. After juicingthe ones he got ready, it was apparently not enough so he went and grabbed more carrots, just chopped off the ends and did aquick run through the tap and proceeded to put it in the juicer. The carrots still had multiple large brown spots. I then askedhim nicely why he won't peel the carrots and he replied annoyed "it's fine, it gets split out anyways" and proceeded to do itagain. And then handed the juice. If it's okay to not peel them, then why peel them in the first place? Even if you aren'tpeeling them, I'd at least expect him to wash them thoroughly. I went to the place to get a drink and the customer service was so terrible. I asked for a drink with no sugar and no ice but... told them, they can add water. When i told the order, the crew was laughing to each other, which was so much disgusting. When iget the drink, the drink was so cold which i guess they added ice in it. Wouldnt go there any more. So terrible...terrible.....wouldnt recommend...would like to speak to the location manager about the terrible experience. I have went to the same placecouple of times and when i order with no sugar , no ice , just water...they were always not welcoming to my order which is soterrible. Worse customer service.. Read more

Great location for smoothies and bubble tea! Real fruit is an understatement as their counter is lined up with real fruit and... you can see then cut it up as well. It tastes fresh and all of their toppings are jsut as good too! Although slightly pricierthan the regular bubble tea place, you can definitely taste the difference when ordering the fruit based drinks. Read more

I rarely indulge in bubble tea. I am happy with the size large because I double the pearl. I rarely mix the white tapioca pearl... with the black pearl. I was invited to try both; however, that is when I noticed one was cooked perfectly, and the other wasundercooked. I believe that the white pearls were not quite ready. Then, I tasted a banana flavour which is a huge contrast totaro. It was noticeable and was unpleasant. I began to wonder why this flavour was in my taro smoothie? I rarely order thisdrink due to the high sugar, so I am very happy when it is perfect, especially on a hot day. In this case, several thingsdetracted from a perfect score. I am expecting great things at $10 a drink! Now, I would totally reconsider if the white pearlis supposed to be banana flavoured?Otherwise, I wonder if I happened to be early? In case the pearl was not ready as yet? Ibelieve the dark colour of the tapioca pearl is actually attributed to caramel or brown sugar? Please knock my socks off nexttime! I am wondering when I can truly enjoy a taro slush when It is made from powder? I have tried frozen pieces made of truetaro, as well as coconut milk added to taro slush instead of regular dairy, but this was far from palatable. Read more
