I arrived at the coffee shop at 7:15am to do my work. The store is closed and noone is here despite it says that they open at... 7am. I basically wasted my time coming here, and i'm waiting in front of this coffee shop in cold weather, and it's rainingoutside. I basically couldn't do my work at this shop and need to go find another coffee shop to work at. By the way, it is7:25am now. I just waited 10 minutes in the rain and still noone showed up and the store still remains closed. There is astarbucks nearby i think i'll try going there. Read more

Bad service and dirty. There were two cashiers, one seemed new and was friendly, and other one was borderline hostile when I... asked her for some extra cream on the side. The floors and tables were dirty, and the washroom looked like it was last cleaned afew days ago? Read more
Loved it, nice place to relax and sip on some good coffee. White mocha and vanilla bean latte are wonderful!
First time I went was mid morning and it was great. Got an iced coffee and an iced latte of some sort. Second time was evening,... I got a coffee that was old and burnt and bitter. The girls working seemed to not care. My bf got a decaf which tasted likewater. Not good. Read more
They have signs to make sure customers don?t get lost in the gigantic parking lot. Outdoor patio is good. Inside is very clean... with stylish interior design. Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is quick and no need to wait. Read more
Spacious and well stocked with quality baked goods that cater to gluten friendly, or lactose friendly diets. I love the Wild... blueberry scone and I am extremely fond of the Sweets from the Earth selections of chocolate and vegan products. This is asprawling front patio shop with many sanitized tables. Stopped in with my wife for what we thought would be a quick coffee and pastry. Ordered 2 small coffees and 1 chocolate... brownie. Three times while at the cash we were asked if we wanted medium coffees. And then we had to again specify we wanted 1brownie, not two. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for our coffee. What coffee shop doesn't have coffee ready at all times???!! Then after we left I realized I had been given flavoured coffee which is why it tasted funny to me, not regular coffee as I hadordered. These were the only 2 choices of coffee available by the way. Won't be going back to any Second Cup. Read more
