Went into this location today planning to buy something to eat and drink with another female partner / So we needed to use the... washroom first / Omg they where so filthy and one the door doesnt lock good / We ask to speak to person in charge think he saidhis name was issac well he came with big attitude and said he was on his break and he doesnt even have to talk to us / very rude/ He didnt even say mam i will get someone to clean the washroom now for you / We can tell his break was more important thanattending to the customers needs / We where both appalled that u have this person in charge / This isnt the first time he hastalked rough to customers / We wont be going back to this location /I can see the washrooms are not a priority at this location Read more

I get normally Starbucks coffee at Yonge and Steels near my home. This time I dropped by this location. I was charged 80 cents... more than other branches. My cup was not covered with coffee stopper and led to spill in my car . They also forgot to add milkas I requested. Very bad experience, poor customer service and higher price. Do not stop by there. One of the best Starbucks in town. Coffee quality always constant, great team welcomes you with big smile. Quick and efficient... service. I really like their flats whittle, it is worth me to drive 5 kilometers to enjoy this incredible drink. Read more

Badly managed location. They don?t pay attention to clients when crowded. There is no management. I asked to put down the volume... several times. They didn?t. They said that they can?t make it less than 85. Strange. Can they make it 75? Also most of the timesthey are out of a lot of items on the menu. This location is usually great but one employee soured my last two visits there. The first time I was paying attention and saw... them put a drink on the counter but didn?t hear my name called. They then left for break of end of shift. After a while Ichecked and realized it was my drink. Today, I was next in line while they were working the register. They were talking toanother customer about school. They saw me and gave me a nod as if to say ?just a moment sir?. I waited but they just kepttalking about school.
