This is the worst Starbucks location I ve ever been to they don?t pay attention to order requests I asked for oat milk ( lactose... intolerant)matcha latte the gave me chai latte instead. Then they replace it with matcha latte with regular milk the lattesmelled off I was sick to my stomach either the equipment that they are using needs to be cleaned or milk or matcha powder wasnot fresh would not recommend low quality location Read more
The other day I ordered a grande size peppermint mocha 10 mins ago before I go pick up, it was still not ready when I got there.... And I finally got it, I opened the lid and there?s only 3/5 full, and no whipped cream at all (I ordered light whipped) ! And!There was a red hair in there on the side after I had a couple sips?. I?d hate to leave a bad review but ?Marsha? at your location is just plain rude to all her customers. She was talking under her... breath and was rolling her eyes at her customers as well. Very poor customer service and I hate that her colleagues have to putup with her attitude EVEN when she?s the one asking for THEIR help. do better. & as for Marsha, you don?t know who is having abad day; it?s easier to be kind than be a bad person and make it worse. This Starbucks location is very unsanitary, filthy and clearly does not practice health and safety first. The snack glass case... had a layer of dust at least three days old, counter and floors were covered in garbage. DON?T EVER BUY FROM HERE, as they couldcare less about your health! They had stale layers of macho frapp on the rim of the blenders too, yuk. Read more
