This Starbucks location is very unsanitary, filthy and clearly does not practice health and safety first. The snack glass case... had a layer of dust at least three days old, counter and floors were covered in garbage. DON?T EVER BUY FROM HERE, as they couldcare less about your health! This is the worst Starbucks location I ve ever been to they don?t pay attention to order requests I asked for oat milk ( lactose... intolerant)matcha latte the gave me chai latte instead. The other day I ordered a grande size peppermint mocha 10 mins ago before I go pick up, it was still not ready when I got there.... And I finally got it, I opened the lid and there?s only 3/5 full, and no whipped cream at all (I ordered light whipped) ! And!There was a red hair in there on the side after I had a couple sips?. I?d hate to leave a bad review but ?Marsha? at your location is just plain rude to all her customers. She was talking under her... breath and was rolling her eyes at her customers as well. Very poor customer service and I hate that her colleagues have to putup with her attitude EVEN when she?s the one asking for THEIR help. do better. & as for Marsha, you don?t know who is having abad day; it?s easier to be kind than be a bad person and make it worse. This store did not accept anymore customers 10 minutes before closing due to "staff shortage". Look at this picture and tell me... what staff shortage unless the store manager just doesn't want to pay staff for extra time. Read more

Terrible service waited close to 25 mins for just a coffee. What makes it worse, I asked to load funds on my gift card and it... was not loaded with the entire amount as requested and paid for. When I showed the manager and the cashier that there was anerror they brushed me off and said the app needed to be updated first but when I did that as she directed it was the sameincorrect amount. I would NEVER go this location again there are way too many options to choose from in the mall and area. Getbetter and listen to your customers you left a terrible impression. Read more
