I wanted a decaf coffee, they didn?t have the filter for it (I wonder why). Then they suggested I have americano decaf coffee... which I agreed. I ordered an Americano and it was very watery. I complained to the barista and she was defensive and didn't do anything to make... it right and claimed that this is what Americano tastes like. I said that I always have Americano from other stores which tastenicer and much stronger than this and she said that maybe they are using old coffee beans because this store uses the newones. Old beans or new, Americano shouldn't taste this watery anywhere in the world. Read more
The staff always kick customers out 30 mins prior to closing time! We live in the area and get together with friends in the... patio to enjoy the short summer days and we are only free after work, so usually around 6:45 pm. The staff (2 employees, oneholding a broom) literally storm out to the patio in a very loud manner and announce they are closing the patio when they stillhave exactly 30 mins to close!! This has happened many times and it really takes the joy of the relaxing coffee patio experienceaway. One girl in particular (I believe her name tag said Parisa and she may be persian/middle eastern, wears large roundglasses), she had the nerve to ask what my name was when I politely said to her it is way too early to be kicking customers outof the patio! My friends, coworkers and of course myself really love & enjoy the starbucks drinks and we hope this issue getslook at and rectified???? Read more

This is the most disorganized Starbucks! ALWAYS out of items even though the App says in stock. I ordered an item and when I... arrived they said out of stock. Nobody including manager could credit my App so they offered store credit which I declined.After a few more attempts to credit App they finally gave me cash. All in all a frustrating experience. Love the location of this Starbucks but they are always out of stock on product every attempt I try to visit. Go for... matcha...OUT of stock. Go for a refresher...OUT of stock. Go for a food item...OUT of stock. And no restock for days or weeks ata time. If at all. Very unreliable. Can't win with this location. Read more
Love the service and happy staff here. Coffee is always piping hot. This location is quick and gets you on your way. Always... served with a genuine smile and they check in with me to make sure I leave fully satisfied before I leave the lineup. SometimesI do need something that comes up last minute. Well done! Picked up travel stainless steel utensil set for on the road healthyeating. Prepare and pack my own food. Unexpected to come across this. Good weight and quality, they addressed my travel needs.Nice! I went to grab a grande brown sugar oat shaken up espresso with light milk. First it took over 20 minutes to get my coffee, than... they had to remake it because the girl didn?t read light milk. Worse part is when it was remade it was half cap, mind you thedrink is 7$ This is ridiculous and a complete waste of my time Read more
