The staff is very welcoming and customer focused. They offered me a cup of coffee while waiting for my order. The portions was... generous and cooked very well (I ordered the sirloin steak) the eggs were almost perfect, so were all the other items. I?ve always enjoyed eating at sunset grill - generally a great experience. Pleasant staff etc?I Decided to give this ?new... location? a try with the family. Came for brunch - it was packed. Took about over 10 minutes to get seated and then we waited.It took over 10 minutes to have the waitress take our drinks order and then we waited yet again?it took over 15 minutes for ourfood to arrive (needless to say the portions were small) TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I counted 2 waitresses handling ALL THE TABLES. Icounted another 2-3 cleaning/seating; another 2 behind the register and then 4 in the kitchen. If you are going to run abreakfast/brunch operation, get your set up right - it?s unfair to have 2 waitresses handle the entire establishment andcustomer service was just not there. Probably won?t be coming back to this location?. UPDATE: I appreciate the franchiseeresponding directly to my post but he didn?t really address my concern except stating what was already known. I?ve been in therestaurant industry for over 10 years. If I know we?ll be busy, I add additional staff so it doesn?t compromise the service Iprovide to my guests. Cheers Read more
Fabulous place for breakfast. However, they do not have fries as my kids wanted fries. Hopefully they serve fries in the future.... I'm sure it will taste fantastic..! Great staff and a very good chef. I saw him cooking with the eggs and it was fun to watch.Will come back (without kids) Read more
Have been ordering from them almost monthly since they opened, never once disappointed. Remember this isn't going to be a 5 star... restaurant with a famous chef, this is just good easy breakfast for anyone who's hungry. The portions are pretty decent, it hasbeen hit and miss with the potatoes, but it's still pretty good value overall for the cost and quality of food. First time trying Sunset Grill, was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and value! Some of my favourites are the brioche... bun breakfast sandwiches, steak and eggs, very filling omelettes and to top it off with some pancakes. The service also made myexperience, particularly from Charlotte, cheerful and friendly! She went out of her way to customise our pancakes into cutecartoon characters. If you're looking for a family friendly place and to start your day off right, Sunset Grill is the bestbreakfast place in town. Have tried other diners in town and just doesn't compare, Sunset Grill has spot-on standards andservice everytime. Thanks again! Read more
Lovely place to have good breakfast. Ambiance is good. Food is delicious, decent price and customer service is great! The girl... who took our order was very sweet & helpful as well. She was knowledgeable. She made sure our experience is great. Other staffmember at cash were also very polite and was curious to know how the experience was? This branch genuinely cared about thecustomer experience. This location is clean and COVID-19 protocols are throughly followed. This was the third time breakfasthere and each time I loved it. It is an all day breakfast restaurant. The place restaurant has good ambiance and clean. Staff were attentive and pleasant. They... have a quite a selection in their menu. I tried their Sunset Eggs which is equivalent to Eggs Benedict. It was good ????. Theyalso serve burgers and sandwiches. They have menus for children. And fruits for fruit lovers. Read more
A bit slow at first for service... perhaps just the day. The meal was awesome. The staff... awesome. The atmosphere was exactly... as I have come to know Sunset Grill... just on a smaller footprint. Love you guys!! Read more
