Friendly service but don't go unless you wanna wait 20+ minutes for 5 items. This has happened every time I've gone. Completely... understaffed & disorganized. Service is out of order where everybody else gets their food before yours even though you orderedlong before them. & expect them to get your order wrong too! It's just chaotic... Horrible..Stale, cold and dry tacos. Even the french fries were better to eat than their garbage tacos.
Good service and food by KFC/Taco Bell standards. Faster and better service than the KFC north of this location.
I go to this KFC/Taco Bell way more than I'd like to admit, and normally have a great experience - tonight ruined it for me,... never going back to this one. Ordered a Chicken Bowl Fill-Up meal and 2 beef burritos. The new kid behind the counter was prettyunprofessional, and clearly not attentive. Anyways, so, I pay, and about a minute later the kid comes back with a bag of food.I thought to myself "Hmm, that was pretty quick, it usually takes a couple more minutes..." so I asked him, very clearly "Iseverything in the bag?" He says "Yeah, want any ketchup?" He then throws the ketchup in the bag, and I head out. Get on thebus, I'm about 3/4 of the way home and realize my burritos aren't in the bag. So, am I supposed to spend $6.50 in order to gopick up my $4 worth of burritos that he neglected to put with the rest of my order? Ridiculous. This may seem like I'mnit-picking, but it's the principle of the matter. I will not be returning to this location, ever again. I'll go to the oneacross the street. Read more
I have been a few times to this location. The staff is nice, and the food comes fairly quickly. Second to last time I went they... did not get my order right at the end of the night, and thusly were not able to remake my item. It was taken off the bill and Iwas offered a free one which they honoured on my next return a few weeks later. Read more
I love this location. It has a very funny guy taking your order and they prepare your food fairly good and quick. The quality is... very good but sometimes, they take a whole 15 minutes for a order. That takes one star away but I recommend this one. Read more
Order was taken and made incorrectly with the soft tacos we ordered. The supreme fries we received tasted like it was made... earlier but forgotten to give to a customer so they gave it to us, it tasted really bad, and dry. Not to mention the Crunchwrapsupreme tacos, had barely any beef in it, and was also dry. Very, VERY bad quality, quite the unpleasant service at thislocation. Read more
