Rude Rude Rude!! I have never had a worst experience in the last 2 years that i have spent in this country. I ordered a crispy... chicken habanero wrap but the chicken was not at all crispy so I walked up to the counter and informed the woman at the cashier,she called the guy who made it and when i told him about the issue, He said this is how the crispy chicken. is . I told himthat I have tried the crispy chicken at Timmies before and at other places as well and i know how it is supposed to be and hehad the audacity to tell me to go to those other places then. Wow I mean such is the customer service . Then I told him theleast he could do is offer a replacement and give me something else . He said I don?t what else to give you and literally leftme standings there to cater to other customers. As if I was begging for something. What kind of a behaviour is this?? Is thiswhy we go to Timmies? Apalled with the attitude. Never going back again. I have videos to show how soggy the chicken was !!! Read more

This location used to be from the best especially when they open 24h or until very late, but this year is getting really down.... Costumer service is absolutely bad and unprofessional, they don't care about the store they looking just when to leave ..imagine the suppose to close at 11pm but many times I got there with friends at 10:20pm and they already start throwing all thefood in the garbage bin, even if they see that there's costumers in line, they prefer throwing food then sell it to thecostumers. And by 10:50pm they close the store. And this happens every single night. Read more

This Tim Horton?s location is not too bad but the employees here are abhorrent. Expect the employees at this branch to be... chit-chatting all throughout a rush-hour, making the whole wait unnecessarily longer. Lines are always long at this store butit?s not due to the volume of customers coming in, but by the extremely slow-paced service these guys provide. They areliterally always having conversations so much so that they?ll actually go out of there way to keep talking and make the nextperson in line wait. I mean, I don?t blame them; this location?s customer base consists of decrepit old people; no wonder theytake the employees take their sweet time everyday. Read more

Worst Tim hoetons I've ever been to. Always cleaning the washrooms early in the morning (6-7am) while I'm having breakfast. Like... shouldn't you clean the night before especially for a busy store like this one??... 2. I go there everyday same time. Se people..dealing with customer service you can't remember my small coffee I always get ? Or my name?. Oh well you remember every else?.But you like to laugh at me when I ask for something extra ? Also your food is not fresh. Do you use thr night before food?. Youold ladies tgat work the morning need to be replaced. Read more

This place is such a mess with unprofessional employees. First time they told us the food we ordered is not here. Then we... checked and we found that this is the correct store for pickup. However, when we got our food, which should be two farmer?swraps, we found our that they were two muffins. So we return and argued with them, and they looked confused and asked us whatdid we ordered. We showed them the receipt and they still cannot provide the still couldn?t provide the exact food we ordered.It took us 25 minutes to get the food we ordered 30 minutes ago and they are not what we want. If you can?t even do simple jobslike providing food, then you should be working in a fast food store. Such a waste of time!!! Worst branch ever. Read more

When I informed staff that washroom is not clean they neglected and didn?t paid attention to what I am talking . Just ignored... even though just informing politely that other guest don?t have bad experience. I feel I have coffee every single day..let thestore be in good service and people enjoy?. But I believe staff doesn?t enjoy.. it?s not their fault ?but if there areincentives to staff to key the washroom health and extra company benefits may be they would do that with full enthusiasm. It?s kind of cozy place, but the barista is not in a good mood and kind enough to ask her for another coffee! Besides the Latte... was not tasty for me. July 2022: Still I can say the cashier is not patient and kind enough to help. Btw, it?s a little messyout there. There are lots of trash all over the bin. Read more
