Why this packaging for Breakfast wrap!!!! Hate it
I come here every day as I work in the mall. But this is a regular issue which I?m tired of now. I asked for light mayo on my... sandwich and this is what I got. This is an insane amount of sauce. And it?s sad because it?s one of their regular seniorworkers who did this. This is actually gross I wasted $5 on a sandwich fully covered in mayo! Tim?s do better pls. Read more

Worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. Been several times, and EVERY time, they get my order wrong. Even worse, one particular... employee gets visibly annoyed with you if you point out that she made it wrong. Read more

There was one employee who did not seem to know what he was doing or any of the products this Tim Hortons had, had to explain... what bag in meant for a tea and still had to say that I wanted the tea to be made. Asked for iced Capps with whipped cream andchocolate drizzle and had to send it back twice because he forgot the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle even after showing hima picture of what we wanted, then we finally got everything we ordered and there was sausage missing from my bagel belt withsausage and bacon missing from a bacon and egg wrap. Won't be going here again as it was too much of a hassle. Read more
One of the most convinient Tim hortons for me as its near to my workplace. Earlier few months back this place had good energetic... team. Now, currently the people here are confused and lack coordination and are not aware what there colleagues are doing. I dida mobile order and went for pickup, one person at the counter said to wait as they are yet to prepare the order. After 5 minswhen i asked again they gave me the same order which was lying at the online order pickup counter since my arrival. Problem iscounter guy was not aware that her colleague had already prepared the order for pick up and vice versa that she had not informedthe person that order is prepared. Horrible place. Homeless people everywhere in the store, cashiers and management dont know how to work anything. I cane in with... a tims forward gift of hot chocolate and a cookie. I redeem it and they dont let me have it. They say i can only have 1 thing ata time. I already paid for them though and i didn?t get it.
