Disappointed in the lack of manners the employees have. Very rude, rolling eyes, making snarky comments. I asked for a small... decaf & nothing was said to me after I paid. I saw a small coffee placed on the high table where everyone else was waiting fortheir orders and asked if the coffee was mine since nothing was said or write on it. After asking around the guy who took myorder rudely stated obviously it?s mine since he took my order. Ok but I was asking because nothing was called out , no eyecontact & there were other small coffees & orders on the same table. How was I supposed to know it was mine when nothing wassaid? This was only 1 comment towards me but I heard many rude comments to customers while I was waiting in line, including anolder gentlemen waiting for his coffee and he has asked if the order was his and an employee rudely said ?ok but I called you along time ago? rolling their eyes. Not to mention there were 2 other people waiting to get their orders RIGHT because theyreceived them all wrong. Read more

Workers here don't have a good grasp on how to run a fast food restaurant, mostly due to lack of training. They're slow at their... job, get orders wrong regularly, and blame everyone else for their problems except for themselves. Read more

Located on the first floor of York Mills Centre, it's a food court style Tims location right by the Goodlife. Convenient to get... to from the subway underneath and a good pit stop to and from your meetings. Shows up on the Tims app too which makes itconvenient. Seems to be kept clean. Read more

Staffs are stupid don't have knowledge to activate the offer. Staff not properly insert my order in the system so the offer not... activated. After took full payment from my account, the guy called the supervisor for help and supervisor saying because of ihave 70 points for free coffee is the reason offer not activated. Stupid guy. Not sure why all the negative reviews... it's a Tim Hortons, if you're expecting a lot, dial it back a bit. The staff here... always seem to be in a good mood no matter how early, which is a nice way to start the day before catching a bus. Read more

The mobile pickup area is very inaccessible and it?s not possible to socially distance. Due to this, I had to wait on the other... side for my order. The waitresses were extremely rude and complained about me loudly in front of other customers. When theyrealized I could hear them, they spoke in their native tongue. always feel 80% coffee they have programmed in such a way that u alway get less coffee this is not happening once in a while but... this has been since i started working near this place in last 8 months.
