I usually don?t give reviews but?With the amount of traffic that comes through here, it?s disappointing. There is always... something wrong here. Today, the grill doesn?t work?!? Got a sausage and egg on an English muffin, shells in the egg!Wth. Management, use your money and fix these things! You could be making more and have satisfied customers. So sad. Read more
Judging by the other crummy reviews, Tim's is not going to improve its awful service. The old Asian lady as mentioned seems to... be irreplaceable . Maybe Tim's should do a better job of training. This is one of the WORST outlets available. We will NOT beback! Read more

Wednesday morning 2 girls where working there around 9 am morning. Both are illiterate they don?t have manners how to speak with... the customer. They are making wrong order everyday. Can Tims manager please take action against this. I paid but I didn?t takeanything from there. Read more
The service was really bad I wil never ever go there again
Rude place... gave me back wrong change and barely understand what's the problem. After change us sorted out she start sticking... fingers in the cup while making the drinks. When I ask to give me new cups instead of doing it start argument how she wasn'tdoing it. After when she grabs the new cup and sticks 2 fingers in starter!!! And fill it up... ICE CAPP MACHINE STILL NOT WORKING!!! Going on 6 MONTHS NOW....50% of Tim Hortons business is Ice Capp's and the other 50% Is... Coffee & Doughnuts. The Asian lady here is so rude.. There's usually a line at this Timmy's when I'm there and there's definitely a difference... between how she serves a white customer and a person of colour (including other Asians ironically). Read more
