Stopped in on the way to work this morning, line took a while to move up, but whatever, that is what it is, however, asked for... an extra large London fog, got my drink, took a sip when I arrived at work only to find out I was given a hot chocolate instead.Hot chocolate sounds nothing like London fog. Inside Gas station, Even though some items are on the reduced menu, the cashier said they are not available
So these guy treat their job like everyone is on vacation including them. They don't know how to prioritize, and make people... wait for long periods of time because their chatting with staff and customers. On top of everything else they decide to do cleanwhile there is a line waiting and they have one person on staff. Complete trash on Sundays espessially. Read more
It's a Tim Hortons in a gas station. That said it doesn't have some items like espresso but staff are friendly. I would... strongly suggest ordering through the mobile app to pick up as the line can be a pain and often in the morning extends to thedoor. Sit in your car, order on the app then pump your gas (if you are there for gas) and go in and pick up your order. Forthe month of March 2020, you also get 2 virtual roll up chances per beverage when you purchase through the app. Read more
Im mostly take my breakfast from this tim Hortons .50% of the time they give me the wrong order .when im complaining they are... saying sorry its first time that such thing happened. I have to find another Tim Hortons on my way to work .their services areterrible. Read more
The French Vanilla they serve tastes terrible. I have complaint many times that it just tastes like just milk & water but its... always same. I work in same plaza so dont have any choice but go there. If its machine problem they need to fix it. Read more
Friendly service, but the order was wrong. I asked for a BELT with mayo, because what kind of restaurant serves a BLT without... mayo? He completely missed this, but up-charged me for a bagel that apparently costs more than the others (he could have justtold me). Read more
