Doesn't anyone calibrate the sugar dispensers anymore?? Every time I get home I have to stir my coffee and they can't seem to... realize that sugar has to be dissolved by stirring well. Then I taste it and have to add sugar, not just a bit but quite abit... Read more
This Tim Hortons is great! The staff here are very friendly, the service is very pleasant and quick, and the staff are very kind... as well. It's also a nice place to chill and get some work done. Read more

Service is clearly not to the customers, and the work ethic is outrageous. I've never seen an employee so crude and untrained in... my life, let alone a team that seems to share the sentiment. My only advice to you who is reading this, save yourself theheartache and pass by this wreck. This is especially the case for online orders. Don't expect the food within an hour even ifyour ordering nothing but a sandwich. Read more

I think Tim's has lost their way in terms of their sandwiches. Their"crispy" chicken is soggy, their Grilled chicken is like... growned chicken. Their cilantro wrap contains no cilantro. They got rid of their good crispy chicken wraps that were at leastedible. And you can't even contact customer service to give your feedback because the app doesn't work. I think that theyshould stick to coffee and donuts. Read more

A decent Tim Hortons that is good for hanging out and chilling with friends. Reasonably ample places to sit and have a chat. The... staff is generally good-nature and friendly. The parking is what causes a lot of headaches - and it is compounded with theaccompanying lack of a drive-thru. This is why I don't come to this location too often despite its convenient proximity. A great location for a 24-hour Tim Hortons... The staff are really friendly and cater to you within a few seconds.. The murals... on the wall are eye-catching and are a great addition to the decor of the coffee house. They do have a wall that sells the TimHortons merchandise, ranging from ceramic mugs to ground coffee and a few other Tims branded accessories. Read more

I working under city of Toronto whenever I visit this location their morning staff don?t know how to take order properly and... even they don?t accept Tim reward points today I drink hot tea but it?s cold for chicken wrap I had to wait more than 8 minuteseven no crowed over their.
