Guys today, In this location I ordered half French vanilla half coffee and it was so mess. When I tried to say that can u pls... change it or make it better the afternoon staff argued a lot and denies to change it . It was such a worse experience of my lifeand the staff was very rude. This is not the way to serve customers. Pls check the photo and tell me is it 1/2 French 1/2coffee. Read more

Offen forgets portions of the order. Like no sauce in the farmers wrap. Also items are not as fresh as other stores.

Placed drive-thru order at 5:30pm, repeated food items (1 muffin, 1 croissant and 1 donut) three times, my steep tea 2 creams 1... half sugar two times. Got a black orange pekoe tea instead. It was so hot that I splashed it. I drove back for the right orderand was still polite. There was no sorry but an argument that right item was given. I went to this location all of time. Theyrushed you if you double checked your food, but they always made mistake if you didn?t check! I can?t count how many times theyscrewed up my breakfast wrap with only cheese and egg! So frustrating having to deal this after long shift. I used to be amanager in the fast food chain, definitely needs someone attentive friendly there with basic customer recovery skills! Read more

They are a little understaffed, since around the time I order I usually end up waiting 5-7 minutes. But this location is pretty... good and if you have rewards on your Tim Hortons app the people working there are willing to making work arounds! Want a 99 centhot chocolate instead of coffee? Ask and the employees will do so! Very good customer satisfaction. Read more
