I just went from the store front there was a lady taking order 'Girja' she was soo rude. She didn't put any sugar in my coffee... as i ordered a triple triple. That is so unexpected. Go here every morning, I work nights so I usually drop in to get something small. I asked for a decaf with donut and I was told... to wait 6 min for the coffee. Paid but didn?t really pay attention to the price because it was tap. I stood there waiting for10 min. I then asked for the coffee and the lady was rude and ignorant, argued with me over the fact that I never ordered adecaf? Rude as hell to me after. Iv also seen this same lady using her phone txting on the job while people are waiting. Worstwashrooms I?ve ever used in my life so stay away from here. I cannot stress this enough with out seeming overly dramatic but, this is beyond a doubt the worst Tim hortons I've ever had the... misfortune of frequenting. The drive thru, service and quality are all terrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid it like theplague. 1309 Lawrence is the Tim Hortons to go to for quick service. The Tim Hortons at pharmacy and Lawrence for quality. Saveyourself the headache. Read more
This is definitely one of the better Tim's. Drive thru during rush hour is chaos. But the staff are awesome, they don't fuss... over custom order requests, something about the culture that keeps workers happy and personable. 4 stars only because theyconstantly forget to put sugar in my iced coffee. Which is weird because they never get anything else wrong... But this hashappened a few times. I'll raise it to 5 star if I get a response. Read more
A Toronto-based Associate representing Lakehead University Alumni tracked me down to catch up on what I've been up to since... graduating so I chose this convenient coffee shop. This Lawrence Avenue and Curlew Drive Tim Hortons is an extremely busycorner location with lots of vehicles zipping in and out since it has a drive-thru service. Service is quick with 3 orderstations available. The dining room seating for about 25 customers consisting of booths, tables, and 3 single couch seats at anornamental fireplace with a large screen TV mounted above. The Girl manager here was so rude,my daughter accidentally did not scan her app to get the discount as we ordered already food... for our family and then my daughter saw something on app and she went to get that.Its only a dollar off on $10 meal it showedbut still when I went to ask the manager so called tge girl said she was replied its my daughters fault she did not scanproperly.My daughter is 10 years whether app is scanned or not its their job to see I guess.But we presented the app.Its ok shecould have told it nicely but was so rude Read more
