Need better management here. Staff are too slow and unskilled for this job, mainly due to the manager's fault.

Not my favorite Tim Horton's, cause lines are slow and staff are rude.
MINUS 5 STARS!!!! Most of the staff are nice. But, there are 1 female who is extremely rude and customer service manners at all.... I inquired to file a complaint but I found out she was in charge for the staff for that shift. I cannot believe she was incharge....I'm really concerned how she treats the people who work there. Horrible person! I AM NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE ANYMORE! If I could, I would've given this location -5 stars just because of this individual. Too bad, they lost a regularcustomer of this location. Lately, the drive thru staff mess up the order every time I come by. Also, they rush you on the intercom.
