Not enough staff here and clearly not all of them knows what they should do when they at work. The line was out of the door for... this reason. People even left because waiting in line for too long. When I got to the register to order I told my order for thefirst employee. Then she didn?t know how to punch it in the register. Another employee came to rescue her but I got my orderwrong on top of that. I had only egg and cheese in my breakfast sandwich when I clearly said BACON ???? labout 5 times to makesure they won?t make mistake. They still did. I?m not too happy. Like other reviews, there is no service at this location. I waited quite long to get someone helped me for my app order.... Obviously, this team needs more hands during lunch time. Well I have to say that I am very disappointed with the Tim Horton's brand these days. They have just adjusted their prices on... delivery. If you wish to purchase a sandwich now you are unable to get a simple brown sub style bun for free. In fact they'vetaken it off the menu totally in favour of anywhere from &1.05 for a much smaller bun and of course bagels which they charge youfor. I am very disappointed with them. They have become VERY expensive over the past few months. Too bad since I used to be acustomer every day practically. Guess I will have to settle for making my own sandwich at least that way I will have a choicewith what the sandwich gets put on, and at a far cheaper cost. Cost of a sandwich from Tim's is around $9.55 and up! I grew upwith Tim's but lately have found there service to be awful and their prices to be skyhigh for what one gets. Try another placefirst. Breakfast is the same, they have just priced themselves right out of the park. McDonald's which purchased the rights tothe coffee company tha Tim's once had is far better and cheaper, I have been impressed with McDonald's coffee, plus it is biggerand cheaper. Read more

Okay so this Tim hortons branch is run by Filipinos and to my dismay they really have disappointing service here for a... nationality that prides itself as being hospitable and friendly . The Filipinos here are very discriminatory when it comes totheir customers. The guy in front of me was a white guy and they happily accommodated him while me an Asian they had to make mewait for a couple of minutes and it was like they were forced to ask me what my order was. It?s like suddenly they hate doingtheir job. The ladies there are very impolite to me and my iced coffee was literally full of ice and just a small amount ofcoffee. Please if the manager and the employees are reading this please be kind to your customers no matter what theirbackground is.
