My memories of wimpy's from about 15 years ago was a nice juicy burger, unfortunately that was not the case at this location,... the meat patty was as dry and hard as the bottom of my shoe. It was the worst burger I have ever eaten in my life. Service wasnice and draft beer was as good as draft can be. And my son enjoyed the nice cool strawberry milkshake. Read more
It's a cute 60's style little café with red booths and juke boxes at each table. Service is friendly, Coffee is good. This... place never fails to satisfy me. I find the food well cooked and there is a sumptuous, finger licking quality of what comes outof the kitchen. I am glad we have Wimpy's Diner, it's the Best diner in North York or in the city for that matter. I orderedthe three egg and steak breakfast, which includes toast and home fries. My eggs were ordered scrambled prepared verynicely.. You can get real butter for your toast if you ask for it. Otherwise it's served with margarine. Choose from wheat orwhite Texas toast, or rye bread. You can select French fries or home fries. The home fries are very good ... chunks of friedpotatoes, slightly crispy and seasoned just so. Portions were plentiful. I could hardly finish the potatoes. Prices are veryreasonable. It's nice to know where we can find breakfast day or night. I'd eat here again. Read more
They could renew the washroom because it looks a little creepy and old. Nice portions of food. Great service. Brought me lettuce... for my burger although they dont do it usually.
