Just came in from going on a trip to Vermont with the husband. One thing I can say is the people who work here have great... customer service, very friendly and have no idea how kind they are. I had just come from having a really bad experience inVermont. Went to a grocery store and was made to feel very uncomfortable because of my race. To walking here (going back home toNYC) and just getting a quick bite to eat before hitting the road for a couple more hrs. To the two woman of color that workthere. Thank you. For not batting an eye to my "gracias" and even saying "de nada". You have no idea how such a small act madeour day. Feeling full (food was great as always) and infinitely happier. People like these make me feel like all the ignorantpeople out there don't matter and to live life through small acts of kindness like this. Again, thank you for making thisprobably the best part of our anniversary trip. ?? Read more

First time visiting this BK. Food was fresh, hot & delicious. Order included an iced coffee, chicken nugget kid's meal, 2... whopper juniors with cheese & value fry. No complaints about the food at all. We used the drive thru, which was a bit slow,however this was right around noon (a little before). Once ordered, our food was made quickly & the order was accurate. Verypleased with the overall experience & would be happy to return & recommend. Employees were courteous & friendly. Plaza alsoincludes a gas station & Starbucks. Read more

This Burger King is great. My food is always hot and they never get my order wrong. The Assistant Manager Xayamara is always in... a fantastic mood and the staff works hard and deserves recognition for it. Read more

I ordered BK king and this is what I recieved. Anyone who enjoys the BK king knows that this is nowhere near what it's supposed... to look like. I went back and asked for a refund and the manager truly was not going to give me a refund without my receipt. Thecashier did not give me a receipt therefore I didn't have one. The amount the manager refunded me wasn't even the amount I paidand when I mentioned it she said there was nothing she could do without a receipt Read more

The drive thru line was obnoxiously long, I waited over half an hour, the food service was slow, when we got our order the food... was cold. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, bad management, or a combination of both but please get it together! I used tofrequent this restaurant but now I'm not entirely sure when or if I will go back, this is a reoccurring issue that happensroughly one out of every two times I've gone there over the last 2 months and the food quality is tail spinning as well. I didn't like anything there I was just with someone who wants to eat at burger king. So while I was there I decided to try... something out besides the fish sandwich I used to get 10 years ago. I decided to go with something small so I ordered chickenfries. Just out of curiosity but guess what, they were just setting there getting old because as soon as i ordered my order isalready made.
