I ordered a pizza today. Have been doing so once a week for the past year with only two mix ups. It was a simple order, extra... cheese on one side pepperoni on the other. But when it came there was no cheese on the pepperoni side. After dabble checkingthat I didn't mess up the order I called domino's hoping they would fix the mistake. Sadly because their computer said I hadordered no cheese on that side they refused to fix it. Let me reiterate I did order cheese on that side as well. Cheese on thewhole pizza. They said I could buy a new one. But why would I do that for a mistake they made? Or, I could waste my time callingcorporate. Seffice to say I'm disappointed in them for not realizing the mistake and claiming "we get that order all the time"as an excuse. Not cool domino's. Not ordering from you again. Read more
Cheap pizza. Sometimes they get the order wrong, but when it?s right, it?s good enough if you?re on a budget. Just be sure to... report the pizza if it?s not satisfactory. Read more
Usually order 2 or 3 times a week. Ordered the same thing as always and the person on the phone said they did not have the deal... we asked for because we said $5 for 3 pizzas and not ?5.99?. After calling back to inform them of the mistake seeing it wasadvertised on the website. In short we were told corporate looks for specific language. But instead charged us more with adifferent deal that we said nothing about. So instead of correcting us and charging us properly they tried to blame us, andrefused to refund and charge proper amount. Then the employee hung up while we were discussing a refund. Corporate should takenotice! All bad recent reviews. Very easy customer service situation to handle but instead dealt with animosity. 9/26/21around 1pm. We consistently tip 10$ or more for delivery every time and will be taking our business elsewhere. Verydisappointed to say the least. Read more
The quality of this Domino's has dropped significantly over about the past year. They take significantly longer to make their... pizzas, the staff is not courteous, and the end result is mediocre pizzas like the one pictured. Probably because they know theyare the only big pizza chain in Northampton, but I'd rather go to a small, local pizza shop then keep paying for less thanaverage quality. Read more
Great staff, very organized and clean. Nice area close to gas stations, shopping... there is always parking for carrying out... your food. Delivery is fast usually it takes less than what they tell you when placing your order. Read more
It's a hit or miss with this Domino's. All depends on who is making the pizza. Something you get just the right amount of... toppings, seasoned crust,cook to perfection. Other times over cooked,very little toppings, not enough CHEESE and soggy. Chickenwings ,undercooked. I have asked them a few times to double cook them(back in the oven) didn't it. Oh boneless wings very smallpieces. Best thing that I've had with consistency were the sandwiches, wait a minute and pasta dishes. The bowls are good. I tipwell,so I get upset when I cramp.
