Both drive thru experiences I have had recently my order was not correct. I ordered the veggie egg white omelette bites and... received the bacon omelette bites. The second time I ordered a cold foam cold brew with two pumps of caramel swirl and as I gotto the window the girl swirled the coffee to hide the fact that they put mocha swirl in it as instead. Both times I haveordered the assistant manager has taken the order and has been rude and unfriendly. I will not be going back. Best of luck hopethe service, accuracy and efficiency improve! Read more

Some of the staff are pretty rude, especially when they make a mistake. One of many poor experiences - Ordered a caramel latte... with light caramel. My usual. Cashier even confirmed 1 pump when I ordered it. Got it and it was so sweet it was undrinkable.When I asked how many pumps they added, they admitted it was 4. I asked them to remake it to the order and got scoffs and a"why can't you just drink it?". Really!? Read more
I've been to this Location a few times, and it seems they're struggling. Long story short, I ordered a latte, paid for a latte... and got a regular coffee. Good management goes a long way and speaks volumes. Like many fast food locations, employees come andgo, and I'm sure they can turn things around. Read more
In store excellent service. Nice, clean, courteous environment. Dangerously defective "drive through". Attendants do not use... gloves to receive payment, return change, deliver purchase products. Sometime attendants end up unwittingly touching customerin the process. Ì Read more
They sure know how to make their cosmic coolattas all spiffy, but they often run out of products on menu (matcha, cotton candy,... etc.) and they dont always get the order right. The hashbrowns dont taste fresh and based on the time it takes to get them done,they're certainly just sitting under a heat lamp. Drive through is much better than the location formerly at Pride. Bathroom,seatings areas, and interior vibe are nice. Staff are friendly. Read more
