Wasn?t terrible or anything but didn?t seem like they have it together. Stale baked goods, missing tops to their to-go cups,... kinda seedy folks milling around. I want it to be good but I?ll prob choose somewhere else for the time being. Read more

The consistency here is hit or miss, so buyer beware. If/when something goes awry with an order and you bring it up to an... employee they could care less. I am an occasional regular here and it wasn?t until today that their lassez-faire attitudeprovoked me enough to write this review. If a place gets something wrong I prefer to bring it up in private first so they can beaware without online attitudes getting in the way. Last week I ordered a 7 Day smoothie (which is my favorite smoothie that theymake) and the person working the station was new. The smoothie that they made was missing ingredients. Fine, no big deal, theperson is new. Today the same person was working the smoothie station and I ordered the 7 Day again (cuz that?s my jam). It wasstill made without bananas and this time had too little orange juice and barely any frozen yogurt. It was liquid like water andnot thick like it should be and tastes terrible. After a few sips I called to let them know that there was an error. The personwho answered the phone after telling them that I had had two similar experiences in attendance same smoothie not being madecorrectly said, literally and without anything else: ?is that all?? This is not good customer service and it is not how you keepcustomers. Let?s face it, I will probably not go here for a couple months and then eventually come back because they?re the onlyones who make this smoothie. This is what happens when you make something that no one else does?you can treat your customerslike they don?t exist and not train your staff to care about anything. 2 stars because they sometimes get it right. Just don?tgo on a Wednesday morning if you want your smoothie made correctly. UPDATE: as can be seen below Peter replied and his replyhas earned my respect and two additional stars if for no other reason than addressing the issue. I hope that this persons firingwas actually for more than just these three incidents described above because I would not want to b Read more

Used to be good but in the past few weeks I've ordered 5 times and every order was messed up. Everything from making the... completely wrong item, missing my online order and making me wait 45 mins, the wrong bread and no cheese on a basic sandwich. They also removed the smoked gouda and egg sandwich which was the best thing on the Menu. Of course I've brought these things upand the staff was very professional, but messing up 5 orders in a row? Come on. Read more

Espresso 8/10. Mac and cheese 6/10. Dragon fruit chia cup 5/10, too much maple syrup. Alfredo 6/10, too much garlic. If you... could just tone down some of the add ins for flavor the dishes would be great. Atmosphere 8/10, multi level cafe. A littlecramped but the extra floor makes all the difference. Read more

Hay market is a really cool little spot in Northampton. My friend and I came here, and I got the grilled cheese sandwich and a... slice of cake. The sandwich was really good with the caramelized onions and sauce, and the blueberry cake I got was bomb. Theservers were all very nice and the restaurant is fun and unique. Def give it a try if you are looking for great food anddesserts! Read more

Great vegetarian and vegan options. I had the vegetarian breakfast burrito which I thought was a good price at $5.25. There are... lots of juices, smoothies, coffees, and treats. Nice seating. Read more

Awesome food, atmosphere, and staff! While technically not offering the dine-in option yet, they have a nice coveted patio to... enjoy the meal in the back. Big menu selection and one of the best omelettes I tried anywhere. And their coffee beans alone areworth the drive from the Boston area. P.S. I only wish they added sugar-free options to their impressive selection of bakedgoods at some point! Read more
