Food was very tasty but we made reservations for 7, arrived at 645, and weren?t sat until 750; just stood there for over an... hour. People that did not make reservations but put their name in we?re sat before us. People that were late for theirreservations were sat before us. One of our favorite places to dine,until last night.We placed reservations by phone for 7:45.We failed using their own Internet... form.We arrived at 7:42 and were told we were "early". We were told it would be 10 minutes "as they were running a littlelate."The gentlemen then left the desk and 20 minutes later,still had not returned.NOT ONE person came to check or call our oranyone else's name.After 30 minutes we left in disgust.Meanwhile I hope the 20 plus people waiting in the hall were able to eatSOMEWHERE! The food was great and I highly recommend to have the day?s special. The ambience is just as good as the food. I initially... thought the price was a bit on the higher side, but after eating the food I would say it was worth it. Highly recommended ifyou?re visiting Northampton or Amherst. Read more
The night started with a 45 minute even after booking a reservation. However the food was very good. The bread was a bit burnt... but also very yummy. It was pretty pricey. Over all decent. Read more
During the Pandemic they are taking great measures so customers feel safe. The food was amazing. The only small flaw was they... took very long to serve appetizers and drinks, then another hour for the entrees. It was worth it but don't go there starving! Read more
We took my friend and her hubby here for a birthday celebration. Couldn't have been better! Food was delicious, great service,... atmosphere. Parking is always tricky in Northampton but the guys dropped us off at the door ???? And the prices weresurprisingly reasonable! Would highly recommend!! Read more
