So I was really scared to try something other than their classic beef stew (pho.) I had never been here and was craving pho, I... feel like even if it wasn?t great pho, I would be satisfied. I took the chance and ordered the chili sour noodle soup?..AMAZING!!! One the best soups I?ve ever had anywhere. I drank every last drop. So tasty, full of flavors and I think hits everytastebud genre. I was afraid a spicy soup would be salty but it wasn?t at all. I was so happy after the first taste I forgot totake pic but here are pix of the gyoza and seaweed salad which came with some shredded cabbage. We also ordered the beefteriyaki rice bowl and it seemed quite small. Even just another scoop of rice would have sufficed. It did not fill up myboyfriend. New to the area and this is one of the best restaurants I have tried in Northampton so far. Food tastes fantastic, good... portions, good value.
